In today’s rapid economic development, company hardware contest has gradually began to fade, and the corporate culture has become the core of the competition in high and new technology companies in21th century after the technical competition, the management competition, the market competition and brand competition. Corporate culture is a very important factor leading to maintain long-term competitiveness in the new century, so the corporate culture innovation has a very important significance for the company’s large-scale and long-term development.Based on the corporate culture related theories and innovative basic theories, this thesis analyzes the following theories including corporate culture function, Schumpeter’s innovation theory, Rogers’innovation diffusion theory, Blue Ocean Strategy and Root model. Corporate culture innovation is not simply a formal change, it requires managers to carry out effective and innovative management strategy including company management, HR, marketing and quality system.This thesis selects ENPC company as an example, ENPC company is a sub-company of HUAWEI and sold to Emerson in2001. After nearly ten years of development, ENPC company has become a large-scale foreign investment companies with approximately4,500employees, but along with the company scale expansion and exterior market environment changing constantly, the company gradually has also appeared some in insufficient, this thesis researches and analyzes them and proposes some strategies and suggestions on the innovations of corporate culture including value innovation, behavior innovation, institutional innovation and image innovation.Through the research of this article, it is realized that corporate culture plays an important role for the long-term development of enterprise and relates the success or failure of the enterprise. At the same time, the corporate culture should be innovation, and actively play the role of corporate culture with the rapidly changing environment.
