In the mid-late stage of the industrialization, China has currently become theworld’s second largest energy producer and consumer. Energy, which production anddistribution is closely related to the logistics services, depends on the quick andefficient logistic industry. March2009, the State Council passed the "logisticsindustry restructuring and revitalization plan", which aimed at promoting steady andrapid development and upgrading the logistics industrial adjustment. The plansuggested that the logistics enterprises should take the market-oriented andspecialization and social road to develop, make better coordination and convergencefor the infrastructure construction and development between region、trade and sectorsso as to establish the efficient, safe, low-cost transport system, strengthen the logisticsfacilities for coal, oil and minerals important and related products, build thefreight-service, production-service, business-service and comprehensive-servicelogistics park, drag the logistics development of surrounding areas.After20years of development, SH Group has developed into mining, power,railways, ports, coal oil,coal-chemical development, become one of the largestdomestic energy enterprise with region-cross and diversification, built the materialflow network with railroads, ports, shipping, storage and transportation of coaldistribution. Based on the development of a large logistics services within the groupand stimulating the local economy, SH would build the logistics into the mainindustry.Based on the energy strategy theory, modern logistics theory and synergeticstheory, this paper reviewed the history of China’s energy development, compared thedifference of the national energy strategy to U.S., EU, Japan and Russia, analyzed theproblems of China’s energy situation and distribution of energy products, deepen toimprove the energy awareness of the importance of logistics.With the combination of the theoretical studies, comparative analysis,qualitative-describing and quantitative model,the article explores the way and pathfrom the inner logistics enterprises to the professional logistics companies, putsforward four models of the refined oil products distribution and analysis with the Logistic equation, brings up SH major logistics pattern based on the existing logisticsnetwork, constructs SH collaborative logistics performance evaluation model.Atlast,the paper has given an empirical calculation of the SH major collaborativelogistics system performance evaluation.By the research of the similar energy enterprise which energy productiondistribution and social regional logistic such as SH group, this paper will promote theSH internal business logistics to transfer external logistics, provides the same-kindenterprises from the internal logistics to professionals logistics with the reference.
