Study On The Development Strategy Of Large Logistics Of SH Energy Company

The energy company of SH has owned a relatively complete transportation system of bulk cargo including the railways,ports and ships so far,which plays a most important role in ensuring energy or resources transportation.In recent years,many measures including capacity expansion and optimization of transportation organization were be used by SH,which cause the large impact for improving its transportation capacity and developing integrated development of production,transportation and sale.However,in China,coal demand has shown a downward trend owing to the slowdown of economic growth,supply-side structural reforms and environmental protection etc,which caused excessive railway transportation capacity and reduced economic efficiency.Under the background,the development strategy of SH logistics industry will directly affect its competitiveness which will affect its situation and development.In this paper,the basic theories including enterprise strategic management and logistics management are summarized firstly,and the main ideas and process of SWOT,PEST and AHP are all summarized,too.Secondly,the development strategies of SH large Logistics were analyzed.The main contents and results are following:(1)the key factors affecting development of SH large logistics was qualitatively analyzed using the SWOT analysis method.Mainly thinking about the transportation market,logistics facilities and service level and financial capacity,the situation,advantages and disadvantages of the internal resources of SH are all analyzed;(2)the macro-environment of SH including politics,economy,society and technology are analyzed using the PEST method,and opportunities and challenges of external development of SH are analyzed,too;(3)the weight of each key factor is calculated using AHP method,and strategy type and strength are determined.Based on these,according to the analysis results,the development strategies of SH are put forward and the measures are also made.
