Study On Impact Of Circulation Industry Development On Resident’s Consumption

During the "Twelfth Five-year Plan" period, expanding domestic demand andstimulating consumption should become the two national strategies of China in newera to achieve sustainable economic development and transform economic growthmode. Circulation industry, as the connection between production and consumption,plays a significant positive role in expanding domestic demand. Since the Reform andOpening, circulation industry, as an independent industry, has made tremendouscontribution to national economy. However, it still has some problems, such as lowefficiency, high cost, low concentration, and low degree of informatization,standardization and internationalization, which control consumption in a large extent.According to current situation of China’s circulation industry, the innovation-drivenconsumption strategy should be implemented actively to inject new vitality and powerto China’s consumer-driven strategy.This paper, compressively applying the basic theories and methods of industrialeconomics, system dynamics, econometrics, development economics and industrysustainable development, aiming to do a System Research on current situation ofChina’s circulation industry and consumption, deeply understands its developmentorientation. It focuses on analyzing the influencing factors and the general mechanismof the promotion of circulation industry to consumption macroscopically, highlightscirculation technology and organization innovation, develops evaluation system,carries out system dynamics simulation, and proposes the regulation policy thatcirculation industry promotes consumption based on clear path dependence.On basis of these, some regulatory policies of promotion of circulations toconsumption are put forward. First, status of circulation industry and consumption areanalyzed. Second, historical evolution and status evolution of circulation industry areanalyzed,Third, general influencing factors and mechanism research of circulationindustry to promote consumption are analyzed theoretically and tested empirically.Fourth, research on promotion of circulation efficiency to consumption are studied.Fifth, System dynamics research on promotion of circulation industry to consumptionis simulated. Finally, research on regulation policy of promotion of circulationindustry to consumption are researched.
