Study On Technological Innovation Performance Ecaluation Of Xi’an High Tech Zone Based On DEA Method

Technological innovation is a measure of the level of competitiveness of high-techzone of a country or region. High-tech Zone Technology Innovation with productupdates fast, is a region of the most competitive and influential industry cluster. Howto evaluate the performance of high-tech zone technology innovation is an importantmeans to measure the high-tech industry, for enhancing the level of high-techinnovation, promote the deepening and development of innovative technology,optimizing the structure of high-tech industry has an important guiding significance.Based on technology innovation and domestic performance evaluation theory, thepaper Technological Innovation Performance Evaluation of Xi’an Hi-tech Zone hasbeen studied. This paper expounds the background and significance of the study firstly,information on relevant literature to sort out and commented briefly introduces thecontent, methods, technical routes and possible innovation of this paper; Secondly, therelevant concepts and theories involved are summarized, detailed description of theprocesses and methods of performance evaluation, constitute the theoretical basis ofthis paper; related data collected by a combination of Xi’an Hi-tech Zone status quotechnological innovation system followed by a more systematic analysis, from theinnovative elements, investment success, innovation system and innovative aspects ofthe industry pattern carried out a detailed analysis of the Xi’an High-tech Zone and thenational high-tech areas of a typical R&D inputs and outputs comparison; thenfocuses on AHP, Delphi and data envelopment analysis, respectively a comparativeanalysis to select the DEA as a research method; based on data collected, combinedDEA model, constructed performance evaluation empirical models fit in Xi’anHigh-tech Zone, designed the index system model requires, in principle specified tobe followed in this Based on the data processing, the performance evaluation resultsobtained. Finally, using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods torefine the empirical analysis of the results indicates Xi’an High-tech Zone Innovationproblems and improve the Xi’an High-tech Zone Technology Innovation SystemPerformance propose countermeasures and suggestions.
