Research On Industrial Space And Land Use Of Changchun City

So far, China’s extensive economic growth has resulted in phenomenon of thehigh consumption of land resources, high pollution, low output, not only leading tounreasonable use of land,but also drying up of resources and environmentdeterioration, including a serious imbalance in expansion of city land utilization andsupply of industrial space and city land resource encountered a rigid constraints. Thissituation prompts us to improve land use capability, taking the "people-oriented" as aguide, and industrial space should be optimized and adjusted scientifically andreasonably Meanwhile, the city land should be saved, the intensive city land use shouldbe promoted,and the sustainable and healthy development should be made. Thus, ourfurther discussion about the relationship between industrial space and land use hasbecome an urgent need to solve the theoretical and practical problems.Based on the previous theories and some related researches conducted both athome and abroad, research on the relationship between industrial space and land usesmostly are one-way single factor studies, failing to reflect relationship betweenindustrial space and land uses on the whole, which may mislead the industrial layoutguidelines and the city land use planning scheme and may hinder the coordinateddevelopment of regional industrial space and land use. Therefore, based on previousresearches, taking industrial space and land use of Changchun City as the basic objectand using regional economics, spatial economics and city geography economics theoryand method, not only the "industrial spatial land use" subsystem are constructed in thispaper from the perspective of system theory, but a correlation analysis betweenmultiple factors (industrial space)and single factor(land use) has been done and someproblems in the industry space and the land use are explored and some suggestions onthe coordinated development of industrial space and land use are put forward as well inthis article.As the introductory part, ChapterⅠintroduces the research background, researchvalue, research purpose and research significance and summarizes the research ondynamic both at home and abroad As theoretical basis, ChapterⅡsummarized the related theory of industrial spaceand land use, mainly studies the related theory of industrial space and land use, whichlays a solid theoretical foundation for the following chapters and provides the strictlogic analysis framework to the papers.Chapter III is mainly about the theoretical studies of the relationship betweenindustrial space and land use. Firstly the formation and evolvement mechanism arestudied; secondly the general regularity and mechanism of land use are discussed;finally, further research on the relationship between industrial space and land use aredone in this chapter.Chapter IV focuses on the evolvement and basic pattern of industrial space andland use in Changchun city. This chapter mainly analyzes the relationship between theurban development and evolution of industrial layout of Changchun City,in theperspective of the historical development.The results are as follows: the formation andevolution of industrial space and land use of Changchun city went through diversestages respectively. the formation and evolution of industrial space of Changchun cityexperienced in farming as the leading industrial space formation stage, experienced thetypical urban and rural "two Yuan” mechanism of industrial space of formation stage,experienced modern fast industrial spatial agglomeration stage,and after experiencingurban industrial development and expansion stage, it has entered the middle stage ofagglomeration process which has relatively reasonable industrial structure, industrialdominant, rapid urbanization. The evolvement of Land use of Changchun city consistsof four stages. Such as, the stage of natural development, the stage of diffusion landuse structure, the stage of adjustment of land use structure and the stage ofoptimization of land use structure. The main characteristics and the developmentalroutine of Changchun City are summarized in this chapter and grasped the correlationbetween them in the evolution of history and reality, providing massive historicalmaterial for the further research of city industrial spatial structure and land usestructureChapter V mainly discussed the problems of industrial space and land use inChangchun city and meanwhile studied its causes. On the basis of Chapter IV, someexisting problem that could not adapt to the urban sustainable development areproposed in this Chapter, namely the serious center-polarization and binary structureof urban and rural, weak regional coordination, lack of information, unbalancedVI corresponding industrial development, disordered spatial structure of the industry andso on. These problems have become the main bottleneck that not only restricted theoptimization of spatial structure but optimum economic development of Changchuncity as well. Moreover there are many problems in urban land use of Changchun city,which to a certain extent,become the bottle neck,restricting economization, intensity,ecological use.Such as the rapid increase of land use, unreasonable structure ofurban land use, prominent contradiction of land supply and demand, rapid decline inper capita of the cultivated land, less unused land, the scarcity of land resources.Therefore, some further analysis of the causes of formation of the problems is done inthis chapter.Chapter VI is for the empirical analysis of the article. A correlation analysisbetween industrial space and land use of Changchun City are done with the software ofSPSS17.0in this chapter. First of all on the basis of system theory,“industrialspace-land use” system of industrial space and land use of Changchun City isestablished, and then the main measuring index of industrial space and land use isfixed according to the related theories, correlation analysis is done once again by usingsoftware SPSS17.0, and finally a brief summary was done.As the part of countermeasure, Chapter VII proposes some concretecountermeasures to the optimization of industrial space and land use of Changchuncity,according to Its problems and bottlenecks,.As a conclusion part, Chapter VIII not only summarizes the main conclusions andenlightenment of the article but also puts forward the innovation of the article andgives the future prospects for the further discussion.
