Parking demand,a phenomenon company with the economy growth and city development,has became a sever problem in traffic planning.In the macro view,the traditional parking demand analysis method,depending on the land function and sharing parking principle,has provided an mature tool for traffic planning for several years,but the lack of analyzing for consumer fundamental parking reason,impacts of the micro location,consideration of the consumer personal characteristic,dynamic changing of urban development and commercial form,make the traditional method shows a obviously deficiency.The study of a new method,which can overcome the deficiency mentioned above,has become very important.The impacts of consumer behavior and city spatial structure are studied,the key factors which influence the consumer behavior are considered.The consumer action chain,mentioned in this part,shows that consumers favour of visiting a mall with complete commercial forms and large area,the content of consumer action chain increase with the commercial form length.The trending,a blurred demarcation line between consume and recreation,makes consuming become an important part of recreation and the consumer parking behavior become more purposeful and the parking cost has not such an important role for the consumer no longer.Three key basic parts are discussed in this paper :1.A micro data inversion method for Agent is setup from macro data based on the census to provide a tool for simulation.2.Calibrating the Parameter of MNL model by investigating data and assume the consumer initiate behavior following the MNL model.3.Pretreat the Parking Data by Mallat algorithm of weavelet and ESLOM algorithm to eliminate the “noise” impacts and training the Weavelet neru network by investigating data to predict the parking modelingBased on the three basic parts above,simulations,setup under certain circumstance,is designed to show the consumer parking behavior changing when it is considered following the Prospect Theory,the circumstances are divided into two conditions,one is a CBD with four mall,the other one is this four mall CBD with a comer-a parking building with 500 paring space.This paper,providing a new perspective for parking planning which different from the traditional land-depending method,engages in analysisng the parking behavior impacts of Consumer behavior and city spatial structure and tries to reflect the dynamic parking behavior changing process accompany with the development city and growth of economy.
