With the acceleration of urbanization in China, the urban agglomeration in the urban agglomeration has been rapid, the urban population has been growing rapidly, the industrial cluster has been accelerating, and the energy consumption and carbon emissions have been increasing continuously, bringing the high carb on problem of the urban agglomeration. At present, the international measurement method of carbon emissions for national scale has been put forward.Carbon emission measurement at the scale of urban agglomeration has certain difficulty in determining carbon emission information due to the problems of multiple city subjects and system boundaries. The carbon emissions of urban agglomerations mainly come from industrial production activities, construction, transportation, residents' consumption and land use change. However, the mechanism of industrial activities, industrial evolution and spatial distribution of carbon emissions in the region is still unclear.Based on the understanding of carbon emission impact factors and the carbon sequestration process of carbon sinks, the mechanism of carbon balance formation and the influence on the eco-spatial pattern of urban agglomeration are studied. The theory and method of urban carbon-Is an effective way to solve the problem of urban environment.Based on the analysis and analysis of the carbon and carbon sinks at home and abroad, this paper combines the characteristics of carbon source carbon sinks in the urban agglomeration of Liaocheng, and uses the data of forest resources inventory and CASA model to calculate the forest carbon sinks in the centra 1 urban agglomeration of Liaoning The total volume and distribution characteristics of carbon resources in the central urban agglomeration of Liaoning Province were calculated by using carbon footprint method and GIS building capacity extraction technology. The CLUE-S model was used to simulate the two schemes of planning and low carbon development And the distribution trend of carbon sequestration pattern in the urban agglomeration of Liaozhong City, and put forward the distribution pattern under the ideal state.According to the two practices of the carbon source carbon sink in the middle and middle schools of Liaoning and Shenbei New District,For the city group to provide the basis for low-carbon planning and technical support. The main achievements of this paper are as follows:?1?Study on Carbon Source of Liaoning Urban Agglomeration.Aiming at the urban carbon source, the calculation method of carbon footprint is used to analyze and calculate the carbon source of urban agglomeration in central Liaoning in combination with building capacity extraction technology. This paper puts f orward the method of calculating the total carbon emission in urban area through the analysis of building capacity extraction technology and building carbon footprint analysis, and obtains the spatial distribution law of carbon source in the central urban agglomeration of Liaoning. The urban area and the cumulative carbon footprint of seven cities in central Liaoning are Shenyang,Anshan,Fu shun,Liaoyang,Yingkou,Tieling and Benxi. The average annual carbon footprint growth is from 1993 to 2013,,Fushun,Anshan,Tieling,Yingkou and Liaoyang.?2?Study on Carbon Sequestration of Urban Agglomeration in Central Liaoning.Based on the remote sensing image, the total and spatial distribution of forest and farmland area were extracted. The carbon storage, distribution and carbon sequestration of vegetation and land were analyzed by carbon sequestration. The carbon density in the eastern part of the urban agglomeration is higher than that in the western part of the urban agglomeration, and the carbon storager ate in the urban agglomerations is not higher than that in the western part of the urban agglomeration. From high to low followed by Fushun,Tieling,Benxi,Anshan,Shenyang,Yingkou and Liaoyang, which is related to the compositio n of urban land use.Among them,Fushun and Benxi forest area is larger,Tie ling woodland and arable land are larger,so the three cities have a higher tota 1 carbon storage, and Liaoyang and Yingkou area is relatively small area,so the The total carbon storage is significantly lower than other cities.?3?Spatial evolution mechanism of carbon source carbon sinks in urban agglomeration of Liaozhong city.Aiming at the status quo of carbon source carbon sink in the middle and lower reaches of Liaoning Province, two kinds of policy planning plan and low carbon development plan were set up,and the influen cemechanism of land type change on the building capacity and the carbon sink space pattern change was discussed. The results show that the increase of urban construction land under the "plan plan" is larger than that in the "low car bon plan",which indicates that the intensive development can save the construction land effectively. As a result of the urbanization of the population caused by the development of the flow of rural residential land area showed a downward trend in the "plan" in the decline faster, indicating that the planned urbanization rate may be higher than the reality.Land use and carbon emissions based on land use analysis showed an upward trend under the two plans.Under the planning plan, the carbon footprint of land use was higher than that of the low-carbon plan, which was 7.37%higher than that in 2030.The main reason for the change is determined by the difference in the area of the building land. From the perspective of carbon balance,Shenyang,Anshan,Yinghe Tieling are in the carbon deficitstate, the highest degree of deficit in Shenyang, the main reason for the deficit is population and city scale, fossil energy consumption and forest area is relatively small.Fushun,Benxi and Liaoyang as carbon surplus state,Benxi the highest, the main reason for the higher forest area, and the forest quality is better.Liaoning urban agglomeration in 2014 as a whole carbon emissions and carbon sequestration potential,a slight surplus, with the continuous advance of urbanization, the total amount of carbon emissions will become increasingly large, urban development and industrial structure will become the future of central Liaoning Urban groups can achieve the key to low-carbon,and finally formed in line with the Liaoning city group spatial layout and carbon emission control adjustment strategy.?4?Empirical Study on Carbon Sequestration Patterns of Urban Agglomeration in Liaozhong City. This paper makes an empirical study on two scales of the Shenbei urban agglomeration and its typical demonstration area.Based on the total amount of carbon emissions from building capacity extraction and carbon footprint calculation and the construction area of different land types and accounting for C02 emission factors, the carbon emission coefficient based on the whole life cycle can be obtained, and the spatial pattern of regional carbon source can be adjusted in turn,Green space "large scattered, small gathering" of the carbon sink space planning principles, developed a low-carbon space map of Shenbei New Area optimization program. The evaluation of the optimization program shows that urban carbon sinks increased by 52.3%,providing a quantitative basis for the construction of low-carbon citiesOn the theoretical level, this paper constructs a comprehensive quantitative research method of "multi-angle and multi-method" based on the analysis of the spatial pattern of urban agglomeration based on carbon source carbon sink.Through the empirical application, this paper analyzes the carbon source carbon sinks in Shenyang Shenbei New Area Low carbon planning and the effect of practice, the feasibility of the optimization of the carbon sink space pattern is verified, which provides a reference for low-carbon space planning on different scales.
