With the market competition becoming increasingly fierce,it is necessary for the ship building industry to enhance their ships construction efficiency.As the key ring of the overall construction of ships,curved block construction efficiency could affect directly on the overall construction efficiency.With the development of the model ship construction,having a delicacy control is the goal of ship construction company.Hence,curved block construction scheduling as the key technology of ship manufacture has caught many attentions.The key point of curved block construction scheduling is to solve the problem of the coordination of space(workspaces layout)and time,including the coordinated scheduling of the two main resources work spaces and worker.This thesis focuses on the space layout for irregular curved block and workspaces,the curved block scheduling with coordination between construction task and workspaces resources and its dynamic adjustment,and coordinated scheduling between workspace and worker that focused on precise arrangement of worker's job.The main content of this thesis are as follows:Based on the research background of the scheduling of curved block construction,we systematically analyzed the scheduling of curved block construction from space and time aspect.We used curved block workspaces layout method as the core method of coordination scheduling between workspaces and workers for curved block construction workspaces.And three key technologies workspaces layout for remaining spaces,layout scheduling for segmentation of curved block construction are proposed.(2)Block work spaces layout technology based on space technology was studied and proposed to solve the problem of curved block workspaces layout scheduling.Contact relationship between segment and workspaces is systematically analyzed.Algorithm based on the cutting vertex space search algorithm is proposed to obtain scheduling time point to find the remaining space.Pixel decomposition mechanism is proposed,considering the complexity of the shape of the remaining space.An algorithm aiming at figuring out best position for block layout is proposed to calculate if the block could be put into the remaining space and the available angle.Heuristic rules were used to find the best position of the block to finally finish the space layout of the block.The research about layout scheduling for curved block workspaces is based on two aspects,static and dynamic.It also combines the change of dynamic rank combination of the block task and the disrupt information during construction process.To solve the problem of the influence of segment task scheduling rank on the workspaces utilization rate and segment finish-in-time rate,the segment task rank is optimized and block workspaces layout scheduling algorism is based on ant colony algorism.To solve the problem of keeping the same pace of scheduling plan and job-shop during complex unstable curved block construction,a process mechanism that focusing on production disturbance events is built and layout dynamic scheduling for curved block workspaces is studied.(4)Coordinate scheduling between the workspaces and workers is analyzed focusing on the enforceability of enhancing the curved block workspaces layout.Considering the continuous distribution characteristics of the worker resources,the worker scheduling that based on reschedule of the workers that were scheduled before is designed based on precise job management mode,and worker scheduling algorithm is proposed based on improved hybrid genetic algorithm.Technologic process of the coordinated scheduling of curved block construction workspaces is designed to promise the effective workspaces layout and worker resources distribution during curved block construction process.CBCES(Curved Block Constructing Execution System)is designed and developed independently combined with the specific needs about scheduling of curved block construction and its control process for shipping enterprises,and the effect of the technology proposed in this thesis is verified by the examples.
