The"Song script" was a southern folk art performancespread along the Yangtze River in the Qing Dynasty, it also referred to the long narrative poem rap texts (its sentences had fixed structure and rhyming norms).The "Song script",also known as the "Song script in the Qing Dynasty", was inherited from the "Ciwen" of Song Dynastyand the "Rap Cihua of the Yuan and Ming Dynasty"?It had extensive influence in the South China, corresponding with the "Guci" (the northern wide-ranging folk art performance in the Qing Dynasty). Now, there are about 600 kinds of the "Song script" texts, which are mostlypreservedin the form of woodcut books, lithographic books and handwritten books in the Qing Dynastyor the Republic of China. Its performances have been spread in the southern provinces along the Yangtze River, and it has entered the National " Intangible Cultural Heritage" protection list.What is the position of the "Song script in the Qing Dynasty" in the fields of the traditional culture, folk literature, ethics and spiritual thought?Its thought fully penetrated into the people's daily lives in the Qing Dynasty. Based on the above in-depth analysis, this dissertation studies the substancet of 'Song script in the Qing Dynasty", and reveals the reason for its prosperity.This dissertation is divided into 11 chapters:the first chapter, introduction, it explains the basic concept, the origin of the topic, a review of the previous research achievements and the research value and significance of the "Song script in the Qing Dynasty". The second chapter, further discussion on the basis of the research results by scholar, analyzes the interactions between the "Song script in the Qing Dynasty" and the "Rap Cihua in the Qing Dynasty". The third chapter to the fourth chapter, to launch the microscopic study on the "Song script in the Qing Dynasty" by taking "Song script" in Hunan, Hubei, Yunan, Sichuan and Guizhou regions as examples. The fifth chapter, focuses on analyzing the spreading of the "Song script " published by Shanghai lithographic Bookstores in Qing Dynasty.The sixth chapter, the author discusses the text characteristics of the "Song script in the Qing Dynasty" from the sentence patterns, vocabulary, dialect etc. The seventh chapter to the eighth chapter, the author starts detailed discussion on the the social commemoration of the "Song script in the Qing Dynasty" in the Yuan Dynasty and Qing Dynasty. The ninth chapter, the author explains the musical variationt of the "Song script in the Qing Dynasty" from many aspects. The tenth chapter,the thought of underlying population refracted by the "Song script in the Qing Dynasty".The eleventh chapter is the conclusion.It should be noted that the structure of this dissertation is focusing on the theory "How Societies Remember" proposed by the American sociologist Paul Connaughton:"The transition from oral culture to the written culture is the transition from incorporating practices to inscribing practices.The effect of the text depends on the fact that writing with any written transfer is fixed irrevocably down,Its writing process to an end." The "Song script in the Qing Dynasty" is a historical social commemoration with incorporating practices and a contemporary social commemoration with inscribing practices.
