Research On The Mechanism Of Civil Aviation Pilot's Self-efficacy On Flight Safety Performance

In recent years,with the rapid development of the aviation industry,the number of domestic airlines and aircraft to maintain a rapid growth momentum,with the increase in the volume of business,to ensure the safety of the pressure is increasing.In the current situation,the airlines need to improve the existing management methods,with a lower accident rate,so that ordinary people's flight is becoming more and more safe.The flight can improve,but as human factors in civil aviation pilots,aviation safety management has always been a concern issue,but the pilot driving behavior by constraints from their cognitive ability,and physiological factors including working group,organization management,cultural atmosphere,environment factors.At the beginning of the study,the researchers only focus on the individual level of human error research,with further research,the researchers began to consider the influence of the human factor in the accident,in order to improve and enhance flight safety behavior.The research done by the relevant information on the self-efficacy,job involvement,organizational trust,organizational commitment and security performance and the empirical study concludes that:whether at home or abroad,self-efficacy,job involvement,organizational trust,organizational commitment and safety performance of these studies carried out earlier,research is more,but rarely for.Therefore,this paper intends to analyze the relationship between self efficacy,job involvement,organizational trust,organizational commitment and security performance of civil aviation pilots.Hope to provide some effective suggestions and practical reference value,can improve the flight safety performance of aviation enterprises,so that we can travel more secure.In this study,the civil aviation pilots as the research object,selects appropriate interviews,self-efficacy,job involvement,organizational trust,organizational commitment,flight safety performance questionnaire and follow-up experiments,in-depth understanding of the airline pilots of various factors.Using SPSS and AMOS statistical software,using descriptive statistics,correlation analysis,regression analysis,structure model and other statistical methods for data analysis and hypothesis testing,basically consistent with the study hypothesis,conclusions are as follows:1.Self efficacy has a direct positive effect on organizational commitment,job involvement and organizational trust.Self-efficacy showed a direct impact on the safety performance,will be through direct effects on organizational trust transfer to the impact on the safety performance;at the same time,it will be through direct effects on organizational commitment and job involvement to indirectly affect the safety performance.2.in the sense of self efficiency and safety performance and the effect of self-efficacy on organizational commitment and job involvement in the role of trust are conducting important intervening variables,which can be verified in self-efficacy partially mediated the effect of.3.organizational trust has a close positive relationship on organizational commitment,job involvement,organizational commitment,job involvement and safety performance also has a positive role in promoting organizational trust also directly impact on safety performance,organizational commitment,job involvement has a partial mediating effect between the two.4.the implicit self efficacy of the pilot is also closely related to flight safety performance,while the implicit trust is also associated with the flight safety performance.Finally,according to the results of this study,combined with the actual needs of China Southern Airlines and other domestic airlines for flight safety,put forward management style and organizational environment,occupation career planning and other aspects put forward a series of proposals,the pilot management and improve flight safety has important significance in the performance experiment.
