Research On The Vicissitude And Adjustment Of Urban And Rural Interest Pattern In China Since The Reform And Opening Up

Marxism considered that interest is the motive,the foundation,the source and the fundamental power of all social relations,especially the political relations.Therefore,all social unstable situations,including political contradiction,political conflict,and political struggle,"has to be limited to...attributed to the interest struggle of the various social classes and groups caused by economic development".On the contrary,political impartiality and incorruptness,social stability,and social harmony are attributed to a relatively stable interest pattern formed by the various social classes,social strata,groups and even the whole society.If the interest pattern is in a relatively rational,benign and stable state,it will help to protect and promote the interests of the members of society,to ensure that different social members follow the appropriate rules in the process of pursuing their own maximum interests,to keep the interest gap of different social members in a reasonable range,so as to maintain the situation of social stability.Otherwise,if the interest pattern presents(extreme)differentiation and unbalanced situation,it will further widen the interest gap of social members,and cause the interest contradiction and interest conflict in the whole society,which is disadvantageous to the social harmony and stability.In this sense,the purpose of China pushing forward with reform--through the adjustment,integration and coordination of the interest relations among different interest subjects--is to reconstruct a relatively reasonable,balanced,stable and orderly interest pattern of the whole society.In other words,the adjustment of the interest pattern is the essence and core task of comprehensively deepening the reform.China has entered a critical period of building up a moderately prosperous society in all respects.The reason why our party and country are facing more complex situation,more challenges,and more difficult task is that various policies and measures on comprehensively deepening the reform,which has entered deep water area,will involve the re-adjustment of interest pattern,touch the interests of all levels of society.And it is the biggest obstacles and shackles of comprehensively deepening reform.In China,interest relations between urban and rural areas is one of the most important relations of the social-economic relations.The coordination of urban and rural interests is not only related to the realization of the whole social interest pattern,but also directly affect the healthy development of China's economic and social development.For the moment,both from the early academic achievements of view or the reality of the development of urban and rural areas,the urban-rural dual system and structure has caused problems,such as the imbalance of urban and rural subjects,the enlargement of the urban and rural interest gap,and the social differentiation in urban and rural areas.And it clearly highlights and confirms the fact that China's urban and rural interest pattern is in a state of imbalance.The key to break the urban-rural dual system and structure is to adjust the current imbalanced urban and rural interest pattern,so that it is basically a reasonable and balanced state,so as to make the economic and social development in a healthy and orderly.Base on this,the paper takes "the imbalance and adjustment of China's urban and rural interest pattern" as the central theme of doctoral dissertation to study.Through the overall situation of the China's urban and rural interest pattern which is unbalanced,the paper reviews and analyzes the performance and forming reasons of its imbalance,and then further discusses the general thinking and specific solutions of the adjustment of China's urban and rural interest pattern.Specifically,the paper includes the following parts:The first chapter analyzes the basic theory of China's urban and rural interest pattern.First of all,it analyzes the basic concept of interest pattern and urban and rural interest pattern,and sorts out and explains the analysis on interests of western scholars and the understanding of interests of classic Marxism writers.The second and the third chapter mainly inspects the formation and evolution course of China's urban and rural interests pattern,especially the change of urban and rural interests in China since the reform and opening up.On this basis,the article analyzes the current situation,the performance and the causes of the imbalance of the current China's urban and rural interest pattern.The fourth chapter introduces the experience of adjusting urban and rural interest pattern in foreign countries and the basic enlightenment of adjusting China's urban and rural relations.The fifth chapter,based on the above analysis,mainly discusses the general thinking,target tasks,basic principles and specific strategies and paths of reconstructing China's urban and rural interest pattern.
