A Research On The Relationship Between Urban And Rural Interests In Contemporary China

The new era,made great achievements in economic construction,urban and rural interests continue to be abundance and satisfaction.China is also actively constructing a new type of urban-rural interest relationship that is prosperous,mutually beneficial,mutually beneficial and common.However,the main contradictions in the current society have changed.The needs of urban and rural residents for a better life have been expanding and deepening.The development of urban and rural interests is not balanced.The new situation of insufficient development of rural interests poses new challenges to the coordination of new urban and rural interests.How to use Marx interest view and urban-rural relationship theory to study contemporary Chinese urban-rural interest relationship will be the subject of this paper.This article mainly discusses it through four parts:The first part is mainly to clarify the relevant concepts and theoretical basis.this paper clearly analyzes related concepts such as interests,urban interests,rural interests,and urban-rural interests based on the theoretical foundations of Marx theory that contain of urban-rural relations,urban and rural areas,urban-rural separation,urban-rural opposition,and urban-rural integration and taking the interests of Marx interest view into differentiation,interest conflicts,interest coordination and other ideas as the theoretical basis.Based on the Chinese Communist Party's thinking on the relationship between urban and rural interests.The second part is mainly to sort out the changes and current situation of Chinese urban-rural interests.This paper divides the changes of urban and rural interests into four periods,including the period of urban and rural interests,the period of imbalance between urban and rural interests,the initial coordination period of urban and rural interests,and the urban and rural interest imbalance.This paper analyzes the changes in urban and rural interests from four aspects: urban and rural income,urban and rural social security,urban and rural education,and urban and rural environment that are of great concern to the people.The third part is mainly to analyze the main performance and reasons of the current urban and rural interest conflicts.The main manifestations of the contradictions between urban and rural interests in China are mainly analyzed from four aspects.They are the large income gap between urban and rural areas in China,the low degree of equalization of urban and rural social security,the unfairness of urban and rural education and the imbalance of urban and rural environmental protection.The reasons for the formation of urban-rural conflicts in China are mainly from three aspects.First,the root causes mainly include industrialization roads and urban-rural dual structure.Second,direct causes mainly include national institutional barriers and policy inclinations.Finally,the key reasons mainly include rural decline.Through the analysis of the specific problems and causes of urban and rural interests,we find that urban and rural interests are unbalanced and the urban interests are insufficient.The fourth part is the countermeasures and suggestions for the current coordination of urban and rural interests.This paper aims to find solutions to promote the coordinated development of urban and rural interests.It mainly starts from the leading government of urban and rural interest coordination and the main city and rural of urban-rural interests coordination.The government should do a good job of optimizing resource allocation to promote the two-way circulation of urban and rural interests,adhere to fairness and justice,promote the equalization of urban and rural basic public interest services,innovate urban and rural integration mechanisms to ensure the integration of urban and rural interests,and stimulate the vitality of urban and rural reform to help the integration of urban and rural interests.The urban should do a good job of supporting and leading,radiating,demonstrating and strengthening the construction of carriers that are dominated by urban and rural interests.The rural should implement the strategy of revitalizing the countryside and do a good job of accumulating the rich interests of the prosperous industry,gathering talents to cultivate the creators of rural interests,prospering the cultural and fruitful rural spiritual interests and revitalizing the rural ecology to achieve sustainable development of rural interests.
