Innovative Research Of China's Ecological Civilization System

Since 18th CPC National Congress,the Communist Party of China has not only proposed the strategic objectives of "building a beautiful China" to conduct new construction of overall layout of socialist building with Chinese characteristics from the overall strategy,but also further enhanced the construction of socialist ecological civilization system of socialism to the strategic level deciding failure or success of the socialist construction with Chinese characteristics.This great initiative not only fully reflects that the CPC Central Committee attaches extreme importance to the construction and development of socialist ecological civilization system from a strategic perspective,but also provides with China's socialist construction,especially the construction of ecological civilization,with an unprecedented opportunity and indispensable institutional guarantee.China's ecological civilization system means a system that is favorable to support,promote and protect ecological civilization construction and is established based on China's socialist national conditions and in compliance with China's socialist nature to meet the needs of China's socialist modernization.Ecological civilization system is a reflection and realization by the socialist system in the field of ecological civilization and is also an inseparable important component of the socialist system.Construction of socialist ecological civilization system is not only an improve content to improve the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,but also lays the indispensable institutional support and guarantee for the construction of China's socialist ecological civilization.Currently,there are difficult issues arising during China's modernization such as waste of resources,environmental pollution,the reality that man is incompatible with the nature,uncoordinated contradictions between social economy and natural ecology and worsening relationship between human and nature.To resolve China's ecological issues requires innovation and improvement of the ecological civilization system.Construction of Chinese civilization not only requires innovation of ecological civilization system,but also requires the theoretical research on the ecological civilization system to keep with the times and make new breakthroughs and continuous innovation.In this Article,we try to explore the countermeasures conducive to innovation of China's ecological civilization system after taking the Marxist theory and theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics as a guide,starting with scientific definition and explanation of the meaning and relevant theory of Chinese ecological civilization system on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of development history,current situation,issue and cause for China's ecological civilization system and in compliance with the inherent requirement of building a socialist ecological civilization as well as proceeding from adaption to the needs of building the socialist ecological civilization system with Chinese characteristics.All contents of this Article are divided into the following five chapters:Chapter ?:To study significance and theoretical basis for innovation of China's ecological civilization system.This Chapter mainly states relevant concepts of ecological civilization system,the significance of innovation of ecological civilization,basic theory relating to study of China's ecological civilization system and other relevant contents.Chapter ?:To study the evolution of China's ecological civilization system.This Chapter mainly elaborates the deepening innovation process step by step undergone by China's ecological civilization system China since new China's foundation.Chapter ?:To study the current situation,issue and reasons for innovation of China's ecological civilization system.This Chapter mainly elaborates the current situation of ecological civilization system,then carries out in-depth analysis of existing issues of the today's ecological civilization system and explores possible causes of said issues.Chapter ?:To study the foreign ecological civilization system and the enlightenmentand reference thereof for China.This Chapter mainly analyzes the ecological civilization system of major representatives of the developed countries and sums up useful experience and enlightenment on promoting innovation of China's ecological civilization system.Chapter ?:To study countermeasures for innovation of China's ecological civilization system.In this Chapter,countermeasures for innovation the ecological civilization system are proposed in the following aspects such as accelerating economic development to lay material basis for innovation of ecological civilization system;accelerating the transformation of government functions to provide protection for innovation of ecological civilization system;deepening reform of ecological civilization system to provide system guarantee for innovation of ecological civilization;strengthening ecological cultural construction to provide guidance for action in respect of innovation of the ecological civilization system.
