Therefore, the research to support the border policy has great theoretical and practical significance to enrich and develop aspects of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the development of Marxist theory in China. This article adhere the Marxist historical materialism and dialectical materialism, guidance by Marxist ehtine theory and political theory,in a multidisciplinary angle and theoretical framework of frontier governance, to clear the Communist Party of China border policy mode, and analyze the status of implementation.
