With the deepening of the reform in our country's teaching system, the mechanism of synergy in running school by colleges, middle and primary schools has aroused great interests in the theory field. In practice there have been a lot of practice. In our country, the practice of synergy in running school by colleges, middle and primary schools originated in the 1980's. At the turn of this century, our country's teaching ministry clearly stated that the concept of synergy in running school by colleges, middle schools and primary schools must be set up. The country's long term and mid term educational reform and development plan (2010-2020) clearly proposed to set up the new mechanism. the synergy in running school by colleges, middle schools and primary schools is different from the coodenation in running school in general. It no longer focus on the traditional support of one side to the other side. Instead, the new mechanism emphasize equality and mutual benefits on all parts concerned.So, what is the synergy in running school between colleges, primary and secondary schools? What are the characteristics? What is the theoretical basis of it? How is the operation mechanism at present? How can we further construct a better mechanism of running school between colleges, and primary and secondary schools? This paper will refer to the results of domestic and foreign theoretical research, conduct a comprehensive and in-depth analysis on the synergy in running school between colleges, primary and secondary schools on the basis of the combination of theory and practice and from the angles of pedagogy, sociology, economics, management science. At the same time, draw lessons from the western developed countyies of the synergy in running school, emphatically analyses the plight and the reason of the synergy of Yulin normal university and primary and secondary schools, Further advances the countermeasures and suggestions of the synergy mechanism in running school.According to the above writing logic, this thesis is divided into 7 parts:The first chapter is"introduction". This part proposes the research value, the research review, the research methods, the research ideas and the research innovation points according to the current situation of synergy in running school between colleges, primary and secondary schools.The second chapter is"about the theoretical basis of synergy in running school". It mainly talks about the synergy theory, the stakeholder theory, the complexity theory. And discuss the feasibility of these theories to the synergy in running school between colleges, primary and secondary schools.The third chapter is "the experience and enlightenment of the synergy in running school of colleges, primary and secondary schools at abroad". This paper selects the United States, Britain and Japan for examples, which have made outstanding achievements of synergy in running school. Through the studying, summs up the reference experience.The fourth chapter is"present situation of the synergy in running school in our country". This paper argues that the synergy in running school has experienced three stages:knowledge of cooperation in running school, the competency-based cooperation in running school and the intelligent synergy in running school. The third one contains new meaning and the historical mission, regardless of the educational objectives, connotation, the content and the forms. Synergy in running school has great significance on the development of education on the national level, optimizing the allocation of education resources, and promoting the teaching innovation in colleges, primary and secondary schools. The mode of synergy in running school between colleges, primary and secondary schools mainly include:similar affiliated school mode, cooperative non-basic education mode, the chinese foreign cooperation mode and project cooperation mode. Synergy running school is mainly composed of target mechanism, organization mechanism, dynamic mechanism, guarantee mechanism, guarantee mechanism etc. This is the basic logical analysis framework of this thesis. Based on the synergy in running school situation, mode and content of our country's, the education administrative departments, colleges, primary and secondary schools, in the role of synergy in running school can be role-positioned as the role of the bond, the role of the leadship,the role of the excecutive main body.The fifth chapter is"the plight analysis of the synergy in running school between colleges, primary and secondary schools in our country". The paper first discusses the external and internal factors of hindering the development and quality of the synergy in running school. This article designs six kinds of questionnaire on the perception problem, participation, platform and related mechanism problems, content, fragmentation etc. Which relate to the external and internal factors, then launched a questionnaire survey, discussion and interview etc. In the range of Yulin city's, districts'and counties'primary and secondary schools, Yulin Normal University. The results were that the synergy in running school is not high, the participation is limited, the synergy in running school platform is loss, synergy in running school mechanism is insufficient, synergy in running school content is limited, and the forms of synergy in running school is fragment, All these are unavoidable dilemma.The sixth Chapter is"analyzing the reasons resulting in the plight of synergy in running school between colleges, primary and secondary schools in our coutry". The synergy in running school between colleges, primary and secondary schools has achieved initial success, but there are unavoidable dilemma at the same time, and the reason is complex. Such as the formation of history, the gap between economic and social development, and the causes on the level of system designing, mechanism operating result in it. So, this article mainly discusses the processing problem of the synergy in running school in our country from the angle of the level of concept, target level, system level, complete set of mechanisms, the external and micro environment from the dimensions of macro, medium and micro view.The seventh chapter is"Improvement suggestions on synergy in running school in our coutry". On the practice of synergy in running school in our country, the thesis put forward some improvement suggestions on actively promoting the synergy in running school between colleges, primary and secondary schools includeing reasonabley position the collaborative suject responsibility, strengthening the cooperative school-running system supply, realizing the synergy of course construction, realizing the synergy of teachers team, realizing the synergy of teaching model.
