As the source of education,Teachers are the core of education and the most active educational resources.The strength and level of teachers' professional accomplishment and professional ability determines the progress of education reform and its modernization,especially the success or failure of curriculum reform.The development of school sports depends largely on the quality of PE teachers,and then the quality of pre-service teachers is the greatest factor what affecting the quality of PE teachers.As the starting point and initial stage of professional development,the school training stage of physical education students will play a a significant impact to their teacher's career.However,there is a gap between the training Objectives of Physical Education Major in Colleges and Universities and the actual needs of the teaching reform,While the professionalization of PE teachers is the trend of global teacher professionalism and the need to deepen the reform of school sports.With the popularization of higher education,most of Local Newly-built Universities have take nthe the school's own school conditions and economic as considerations and ignored social needs when setting the subject of professional.This resulting in such a phenomenon that many professional low-level opened repeatly,this phenomenon can not guarantee high quality of PE teacher training,then lead to the Ministry of Education take red card to employment situation of physical education for several years.On the one hand,the current college physical education professional training objectives and the actual needs of primary and secondary physical education reform is widely criticized,on the other hand,the professional movement of primary and secondary school teachers on the new requirements of physical education teachers are getting higher and higher.The professionalization of PE teachers not only conforms to the trend of global teacher professionalization,but also is the inevitable requirement of deepening the reform of PE in Primary and secondary schools.There are indications showed that the government and even colleges and universities themselves didn't targeted the training objectives of physical education of students,so what core competencies did the physical education students in local undergraduate college should have? What is the mechanism of formation? what network structure feature of the core competencies did the physical education students have in different learning stages? Such issures all should be focued on and studied by physical education researchers,But the present research mostly adopts the static,reductive and linear paradigm,while the physical education students' core ability includes a wide range of elements,multi-level structure,the uncertain factors are also abundant,Application of complex networks of complex science from the holistic view of the core competence of pre-vocational physical education teachers to grasp the characteristics of the network structure,to find out the evolution mechanism and the underlying law is a new perspective and new methods of physical education teachers.This study chooses network structure feature of the core competencies of physical education students in local Newly-built universities as the subjects,Using Literature survey,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and social network analysis,carrierring with the complex network through this software like Spss?Matlab?Ucinet?Pajek to handle and analysis relevant data,first of all,this paper deduces the evolvement logic of the core competence formation mechanism and the core competence network structure of PE major students.On this basis,mainly studied three aspects as following :1.The Constitution of the Core Competence of Physical Education students,constructing the Core Competence Network of Physical Education Students;2.The network structure feature of the core competencies of physical education students and comparison of network structure feature of the core competencies of physical education students in Different Grades;3.The Enlightenment of network structure feature of the core competencies of physical education students to the cultivation of university physical education professionals.Through theoretical and data analysis,this paper has gainned such results and conclusions:1.Physical education teacher education system is A typical complex system with a variety of features: integrity,non-linear,self-organization,non-reducing and dynamic process.2.The index of core co correlation mpetence of physical education students mainly includes three dimensions,ten categories and 85 items,each item represents a network node,then find the link between the items to determine the connection between the network nodes by measuring the score of each item after the use of relevant methods,gets a matrix of "edge",and then constructs the core competence network structure of physical education students in local newly-built universities.3.Through analyzing the statistic index of the core competence network structure of physical education majors,like as degree,degree distribution,average path length and agglomeration coefficient,this paper found that the network structure of PE students belongs to a typical scale-free network with small-world network structure.In the process of developing,a series of features such as robustness,heterogeneity,high aggregation,growth and short path length can be found.4.The core nodes of the core competence network structure of physical education students are the ability of class teaching design and classroom implementation and management,and these abilities are necessary and sufficient conditions that can determine the process of developing of network structure of core competenceof PE students in local newly-built university will be success or not.5.The core network structure of PE students in junior grades is less stable,but the upgrading space is bigger.The athletic skills,the theoretical knowledge of PE,professional ideas and character nodes which should be put emphasis on training are the core nodes of the network.But it is important to prevent the enlarge infinitely 0f core node.6.The stability of the core network structure of the senior physical education students is relatively good,and the core node of this network are the ability of class teaching design and classroom implementation and management,the classroom organization and the professional concept and character.At this stage,it is vital to organize students leaning from the "practice",to foster the practical teaching wisdom,and strive for the community delivery of outstanding physical education teachers.
