The great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation has more urgent need for cultivating talents of higher education than ever before and the professional capability of university students will be the key force that promotes the progress of times and social development.Therefore,universities shall grasp the critical period to develop the professional capability of university students,and cultivate the vocational ability of university students in an all-around way for the purpose of realizing the prosperity of the country,national rejuvenation,and people'happiness.As selected by the history and people,Marxism becomes the fundamental guiding ideology in establishing the Chinese Communist Party and our country,and Marxist human studies will also become the distinct feature for promoting the professional capability development of university students.The "all-rounded development of people" proposed by Marx clarifies the aim of professional capability development for university students,and emphasizes the detailed connotation of freedom,all-around,development from the dimensions such as the content,logic,procedure,result,etc.The "man's practice" theory of Marx provides university students with paths and methods for their professional capability development and elucidates the value proposition to understand people,master their characteristics and develop their capability from people's emotional activities and their standpoint in practice.The theory of "man's subjective initiative" of Marx provides university students with strategies and methods for improving their professional capability via independent study,and explains the cyclic process of people's self-cognition,self-denial,and self-realization when they give play to their subjective initiative in activities involving social relations.In this paper,the theory of Marx's humanology studies is taken as the basis while the author analyzes and thinks about the problems found in the professional capability development of university students.The author innovatively constructs a multilevel compound and advanced objective system of university students professional capability development,which is based on the theory of "all-rounded development of people",designs a synergetic integrated professional capability development mode in line with the theory of '"man's practice",and puts forward flexible independent study plans based on the theory of "man's subjective initiative".This paper is divided into six chapter and the core contents are as following:The first chapter is introduction.This part mainly discusses the background and the significance of the topic selection,and summarizes the researches at home and abroad on the development of professional capability of Chinese contemporary university students in recent years,and expounds the research ideas and research methods of this paper.This chapter has played an important role in the full text.The second chapter is related concepts and theoretical basis.Firstly,it defines the three core concepts involved in this paper-professional capability,professional capability development,and Chinese contemporary university students' professional capability development;and then combs the core problem of this paper-the relevant theoretical basis of the development of professional capability in Marx's humanology view.This chapter provides the necessary theoretical basis for the study of the full text.The third chapter is the necessity of the professional capability development of students.From the different dimensions of the status quo of Chinese contemporary university students' professional capability development,the requirements of professional development in the future and the heterogeneity of students,this chapter aims to illustrate the research motivation and possibility.The fourth chapter states the complex professional capability development goal that is based on the "free and comprehensive development of human".Based on the theory of human's development goal in Marx's humanology,this chapter constructs the multi-level target system architecture,the content of the diversified target system and the target system generation method which is compatible with the free and all-round development of human beings.This chapter clarifies the goal of the development of university students' professional capability,and answers the question of what is the professional capability that contemporary university students should possess and what is the reason.The fifth chapter states the methods of integration professional capability development that is based on the "human practice".This chapter is based on the theory of human development pattern in Marx's humanology,expounds the plan of professional capability development by some points,for example,the curriculum system of theory and practice,the practice system of practice and reflection,the management mechanism of coordination and efficient,and so on.This chapter answers the question of "how the university should teach" in the process of developing professional capability of Chinese contemporary university students.The sixth chapter states the flexible self-learning strategy that is based on "human subjective initiative".This chapter is based on the theory of human development condition in Marx's humanology,expounds the learning strategies of university students'professional capability development from the aspects of flexible self-learning consciousness,environment and method,and so on.This chapter answers the question that is " university students should how to learn" in the professional capability development of Chinese contemporary university students.
