The educational reforms of secondary vocational schools in China have achieved great success.They have promoted the development of economic society,especially the process of urbanization and industrialization.However,the current decline of vocational education percentage compared with general education percentage as well as the increasing growth of the questioning of the necessities of running secondary vocational schools not only reflects that the development dilemma of secondary vocational schools has become increasingly prominent with the economic and social transformation in China,but also reflects that the current educational reforms of secondary vocational schools hasn't solved the problems effectively.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the further research on current development dilemma of secondary vocational schools and we should push on the reforms accordingly based on deeply grasping the nature of problems of current development dilemma.This research aims at the educational reforms of secondary vocational schools in China and begins with the current development dilemma of secondary vocational schools.This research is carried out with the logical clues of "What's the nature and harm of the problems of the current development dilemma of secondary vocational schools in China?" and "What's the need of China's economic and social transformation and all-round development of human beings?" and"Where should the educational reforms of secondary vocational schools go and how to achieve and how to guarantee?" This research cognizes the development dilemma of secondary vocational schools in China by the research of anthropology and finds out the nature of problems of current development dilemma of secondary vocational schools in China by the research of grounded theory and questionnaire investigation.This research reconstructs the direction of the educational reforms of secondary vocational schools by analyzing the essential development harm and the need of China ' s economic and social transformation and all-round development of human beings.This research constructs the development path of secondary vocational schools in China under the new development direction by constructing theoretical basis?basic framework and safeguard mechanism and rethinking the existing practical actions.This research mainly contains three modules:the first module is based on the core theme of meaning interpretation and analyzing frame construction of this research.That is chapter one"Introduction";The second module is based on the core theme of analyzing the necessities of the adjustments of the educational reforming direction of secondary vocational schools,specifically including chapter two "The characterization and harm of unitary development current secondary vocational schools in China" and chapter three "Realistic demands for diversified development of current secondary vocational schools in China";The third module is based on the core theme of the path construction of the educational reforms of secondary vocational schools in the new direction,specifically including chapter four "The theoretical basis of diversified development of secondary vocational schools "?'chapter five "The basis framework of diversified development of secondary vocational schools "?chapter six " Safeguard mechanism of diversified development of secondary vocational schools"?chapter seven " Reform actions of diversified development of secondary vocational schools" and chapter eight "Research conclusions?suggestions and reflection".Specific framework and contents are as follows:Chapter one,Introduction.This chapter begins with the origin of the research to analyze the theoretical and practical significance and define key concepts and to explain the scheme design of research objectives,research problems,research hypothesis,research methods,research innovation,technical routes,thesis framework and so on.Chapter two,the characterization and harm of unitary development in current secondary vocational schools in China.This chapter cognizes the development dilemma of secondary vocational schools by method of anthropology.This chapter codes its specific performance by method of grounded theory and finds out the nature of problems is its unitary development and verifies it by method of questionnaire investigation.This chapter cognizes the harm of its unitary development from both angles of practice and learning theory.Chapter three,realistic demands for diversified development of current secondary vocational schools in China.This chapter cognizes the realistic demands for diversified development of current secondary vocational schools in China from the angles of the economic and social transformation and all-round development of human beings.It includes:First,it analyzes the demands for diversified development of current secondary vocational schools with"The structural reform of supply-side" and "Made in China 2025 " as the specific economic and social transformation in China.Second,it analyzes the demands for diversified development of current secondary vocational schools based on the analysis of human's career development and happy life.Chapter four,the theoretical basis of diversified development of secondary vocational schools.This chapter constructs the theoretical basis of diversified development of secondary vocational schools from the angles of biology?education and management.The diversified development of secondary vocational schools originates from the possibility of human's diversified development and human's adaptation to the economic and social development and the adaptation of secondary vocational schools to the economic and social transformation.Chapter five,the basis framework of diversified development of secondary vocational schools.This chapter constructs the basis framework of diversified development of secondary vocational schools from the angles of training objectives?curriculum and teaching and so on.The diversified development of secondary vocational schools should be its diversity of training objectives and curriculum and the teaching's support to the students'personalized growth and diversified growth.Chapter six,safeguard mechanism of diversified development of secondary vocational schools.This chapter constructs the safeguard mechanism of diversified development of secondary vocational schools from the angles of teachers and curriculum resources.It includes:first,diversified development of teachers' structure and teachers' ability;second,contradictions and problems that resources construction faces based on the diversified development and mechanism and strategy.Chapter seven,reform actions of diversified development of secondary vocational schools.This chapter chooses reform actions of secondary vocational schools from three different levels of government,schools and majors as cases to cognize its achievements and rethink its shortcomings in order to provide a more intuitive references for the diversified development of secondary vocational schools.Chapter eight,research conclusions?suggestions and reflection.This chapter is mainly about the summary and reflection on the research results of this research in order to provide policy suggestions for the development of secondary vocational schools in China.This research aims at the problems and forms the following conclusions through analysis and demonstration:First,unitary development is the problem nature of the development dilemma of secondary vocational schools;Second,diversified development is the realistic demand for the economic and social transformation and all-round development of human beings and it is also an inevitable choice for secondary vocational schools to get out of the current development dilemma;Third,diversified development of secondary vocational schools includes the theoretical basis of biology,education and management;Fourth,the secondary vocational schools,from unitary to diversified,need the design and construction of the basic framework of multiple training objectives,diversified courses and personalized learning;Fifth,diversified development of secondary vocational schools needs to construct the corresponding safeguard mechanism.Of course,due to the limitation of the researcher and the research sample,this research is still in the initial stage on exploring the diversified development of secondary vocational schools.In the future,it is necessary to further deepen and improve the theoretical framework of the diversified development of secondary vocational schools and explore its practice modes on the basis of expanding the scope of the samples.
