Educational technology is the theory and practice of design, development, utilization, management and evaluation of learning process and learning resources. Modern education technology is the use of modern education theory and modern information technology, through the teaching process and teaching resources in the design, development, utilization, evaluation and management, in order to achieve the theory and practice of teaching optimization. At the same time, for the word "modern", it refers to the new educational technology, which corresponds to the traditional educational technology, which emphasizes the traditional innovation. It uses the new technology to realize the optimization of teaching and learning. It is a variety of physical and chemical methods used in the course of education. From the most basic blackboard, chalk, writing materials to the multimedia computer and so on are the hardware components of educational technology. At the same time, it is a carefully chosen and reasonable organization of learning materials, these learning materials should meet the needs of the community and students to learn, but also must conform to the law of cognition, suitable for students to learn. This is the software component of educational technology. In addition, it is the design, implementation and evaluation of education, teaching methods. Such as Johann Amos Comenius intuitive teaching method, Herbart four teaching method at various stages, each stage of education, teaching methods. This is also a component of educational technology. Therefore, the system consisting of hardware, software and methods of teaching means is a complete educational technology. In other words, educational technology is a system of teaching hardware, software and teaching methods.In this paper, the main research object is the learning process and learning resources, including the five aspects of "learning" and "learning resources" design, development, utilization, management and evaluation of embodies the theory and practice of the dual attributes of [1]. Modern education technology is widely used for secondary school students trapped in the daily behaviors brought tremendous change, through information technology especially secondary vocational school students commonly used social software, QQ, in a class of edge students and backward students, low self-control students(hereinafter referred to as the "underachievers") to active integration into the class, and according to the class group released the information to pay attention to its own deficiencies. At present, secondary school students learning enthusiasm is not very high, mainly in not active learning to improve their level of learning, but in the learning process. If things go on like this, will make the students gradually lose interest in learning. Therefore, the education of students with learning difficulties should be carried out in the atmosphere of independent, relaxed and full of interest. A large number of teaching practice and successful cases have been fully demonstrated in the secondary vocational school students in the use of QQ, to provide students with a access to information, psychological counseling, communication platform. Some secondary teacher through the use of QQ in daily moral education information and carry out class cultural activities in combined attempt, make the student’s extracurricular life become more vivid, more appealing, but also can stimulate the students’ positive learning atmosphere, injected fresh blood for the class culture, to create a good atmosphere in the style of study to lay the foundation. In recent years teaching practice has fully proved that applied in the secondary vocational school’s extracurricular activities to QQ as a subject of modern education technology assisted teaching means, not only can greatly improve the learning enthusiasm and better motivate student participation in subjective initiative in class affairs, effectively enhance the exchanges with other students self-confidence. It can be seen that the influence of QQ on the behavior change of secondary vocational school students is huge and profound, and the application of modern educational technology based on information technology is becoming the inevitable requirement of the development of the times. At present, because the country for the majority of secondary vocational school students to provide free education opportunities, all kinds of students can be enrolled, so that the level of students in secondary vocational schools is uneven. In view of this situation, it is not only to face the complex teaching environment, but also to consider the different situations of students, teachers need to consider how to cultivate students’ independent learning ability. This paper refers to a large number of domestic and foreign research results on the transformation of the poor students, and to use the QQ software as a breakthrough point, to explore how to use the QQ software features into the study of the transformation of students. The main purpose of the study is to explore the effectiveness of QQ software used in the transformation of secondary vocational school students with learning difficulties. By means of questionnaires and interviews, this paper is to understand the situation of the students with learning difficulties in learning or self growth difficulties in the use of QQ strategy. And according to the results of the survey of 3 months of the students with learning difficulties in the QQ software instruction, through the comparison of before and after the use of QQ software testing, this thesis comes to the conclusion: QQ software helps to improve vocational school students trapped in the comprehensive ability, can promote students to be more positive, active learning.
