With the arrival of the era of global health promotion,school health work in various countries,especially in developed countries,attaches more importance to the combination of education and health,and had great progress in their school healthy education.For a long time,the school health work in China started only from the hygiene standpoint,payed more attention to health services,but to promote the implementation of the concept of health education and health,the lack of substantive education and health(i.e.,the combination of education and hygiene)process.The fundamental reason lies in the lack of professional health education work in our country.Therefore,based on the status quo of school health development in our country,professional training model will focus on new health care teachers,with the combination of medical education for the cultivation of ideas and action principle,using the methods of literature research,comparative research and empirical research,to study,questionnaires and interviews to obtain lots of first-hand information.In after the liberation of China's first health education professional construction practice,to explore the process of combining medicine and education health care teacher training mode for the course of action,detailed analysis and demonstration of health care teachers in the new era of China training concept,training standards,curriculum system and teaching,to explore a whole to meet the demand of school health work,comply with the development trend of school health special occupation training mode.The conclusions of this study are as follows:1.Combination of medical education is the fundamental concept of qualified school health professional training,medical education should be combined with the whole process of concept through to the health care teachers' professional training,including the combination of medical education training standard definition,combination of medical education curriculum system construction,"medicine teach with" teaching the implementation of crucial aspects.2.School health teacher training must adhere to the basic content of "three-in-oneframework" school health services,school health management and school health education as the main content of the framework,describe the school health teacher's core ability and occupation standard,so as to develop the implementation of teaching and occupation health literacy education,curriculum system.3.Development of health care teachers should highlight the concept of teachers' lifelong development.Professional training needs to define health care teachers' occupation identity,role and occupation ability as the foundation,to enhance the ability of the development of occupation health care of teachers as a key action,eventually build a pre service training,occupation development channel combination and on-thejob training and employment system of assessment to build health care teacher certification system and occupation.4.Cultivation of school health teachers should pay heavy attention to training the core of vocational skills.Specific through the exploration of "capacity" as the basis of health education curriculum implementation mode,with "skills based health education teaching design,based on the ability of learning and health education teaching methods reform,ability training is the core of the practice teaching mode,curricular and extracurricular development occupation literacy education mode and so on approach to health care teachers occupation literacy training.
