A Research On The Influencing Factors Of The Effectiveness Of College Teachers' Network Training From The Perspective Of Interaction

With the development of network technology,network training has been widely used because of its flexible learning behavior,high quality resource sharing,Interactive learning mode,training management automation and so on.At present,the network training has become an important way to support the professional development of university teachers in China.Since 2007,more than 1 million people have participated in the network of college teachers training,the scale of effectiveness has become increasingly prominent.At the same time,the effect of network training is often unsatisfactory,there is a big room for improvement.In the network training,interaction is the key to the re-integration of teaching and learning.In the interactive perspective,the factors that affect the effect of college teachers' network training are the problems to be studied in this paper.Based on the theory of teaching interaction,the theory of constructivism learning and the theory of distance learning interaction,this paper takes two aspects: one is to carry out participatory investigation on the interactive behavior of college teachers' network training cases,The research methods mainly include virtual ethnography and content analysis method.The second part is to explore the influencing factors of college teachers' network training effect.The research methods are mainly based on network questionnaire survey and correlation analysis.The virtual ethnography of the training cases of college teachers found that:(1)Different virtual learning communities have different interactive functions in the network training.The video conference system is the main space of the interactive teaching interaction.The course forum plays an important role in the dissemination of information.College teachers' interaction group suitable for multi-person,sustained and in-depth interaction;(2)There are many kinds of interactive paths in the network training of college teachers,but the total amount of interactive text is too small and the participation rate of learners is low.The teacher did not participate in the text interaction.Teaching assistants play an important role for guiding and helping students,and contact teachers and students in the simultaneous interaction,but this effect can not be reflected in the asynchronous interaction;(3)The lack of management and guidance of the interaction,resulting the irrelevant topics interfere with the effective interaction in network training,not easy to form a deep dialogue;(4)Participants' interactive data are not included in the training assessment.The value of interactive behavior in network training has not been reflected.The incentive effect of training evaluation on interactive behavior has not been fully exploited.On the basis of literature research and empirical research,the author makes the research hypothesis that influences the effect of network training from eight dimensions such as the purpose of training and the interface of network training platform.Through the analysis of the relevance of questionnaire data by SPSS.19,it is found that the influencing factors of college teachers' network training effect from the perspective of interaction mainly come from the following four dimensions:1.Network training platform interface dimension,there are three influencing factors:(1)The interactive interface of network training platform is clear or not;(2)Interactive interface user-friendly design or not,whether the operation is simple and easy;(3)Whether the network training platform for interactive interface is beautiful and concise.2.The function and resource dimension of the network training platform,there is an influencing factor,that is,the richness and usefulness of the learning materials and information provided by the university teacher's network training platform.3.There are two influencing factors in the network training management and help dimension:(1)The guidance and assistance for students during online training;(2)The supervision and management of students' absenteeism during online training.4.There are three influencing factors in the interactive information channel dimension:(1)the interaction between the participants through the university teachers exchange group;(2)whether the course forum is used as an interactive tool that students often use during the training period;(3)Instant messaging social software is used as an interactive tool that students often use during the training period.According to the conclusion of the study,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the effect of network training for the network training organization,the teacher,the student and the teaching assistant.In this study,we use the method of virtual ethnography and questionnaire to obtain first-hand information and data from the practice of college teachers' network training,and discuss the relationship between network interaction and the effect of network training of college teachers in theory.To reveal the network interaction law,to clarify the impact of network training factors;in practice to improve the learner's network training experience,improve the effectiveness of the interaction and enhance the effectiveness of network training has a certain reference value.The shortcomings of this study are mainly focused on two aspects: on the one hand,in the study of interactive behavior of online training,only a training course is selected as the research object,the data collection is limited,which may make the research conclusion have some limitations;On the other hand,the factors influencing the effect of network training mainly include external factors and internal factors.This study mainly involves external factors.The study concluded that,the effect of network training is the complicated process of many factors.The conclusion of this study requires more theoretical correction and practical test in different types of network training.How the interaction of the network training affects the deeper training mechanism of the network training has not been solved well in this study.The construction of interactive behavior model of students,the use of large data technology to achieve interactive data based on the network training evaluation system is worth further study of the subject.
