Language is the direct embodiment of thought.Contemporary college students are thelarge and important network user.The network discourse,as an important carrier of network content,can effect on the thought directly or indirectly,positively or negatively.It also shows the lag and limitation of the current ideological and political education.Based on the mature theories and methods of ideological and political education,linguistics and computational science,this dissertation demonstrates the responsive to network discourse,and then summarizes the characteristics and causes of the influence of network discourse on the ideological situation of college students.Finally,the practical methods of ideological and political education are improved by using network discourse.The paper consists of five parts.The first part is an overview on the network discourse and thought.By combing and defining the basic connotation of the core concept,the relationship between discourse and thought,network discourse and the ideological situation of college students is explained from a theoretical point of view.The second part is the empirical study of the influence of network discourse on the ideological status of college students.Through a questionnaire survey of 2860 university students with different backgrounds,this paper investigates the use,cognition,attitude and evaluation of college students' network discourse,and analyzes the specific performance and basic characteristics of network discourse affecting the ideological situation of college students from five perspectives,such as world outlook,outlook on life,values,morality,and political views.The third part is the analysis of the causes of network discourse affecting the ideological status of college students.From the point of view of network discourse,ideological and political education,college students themselves and social environment,the advantages and disadvantages of network discourse to influence college students' ideological situation are analyzed dialectically.The fourth part is to improve and use network discourse to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education.It is necessary to strengthen the theoretical guarantee,establish the basic principles of ideological and political education in the perspective of network discourse,build a good educating environment by relying on the rule of law society,mainstream culture,educational position and other elements,improve the literacy of ideological and political teachers on the network,and actively use the network discourse to guide college students'thought.The fifth part is the summary and prospect.The key conclusions of the paper are condensed,and the development space for theoretical research,real-time research and tracking research of network discourse and college students' thought is put forward.Up to now,the network discourse has surpassed the limitations of the network and penetrated into the real life of college students.This kind of widespread,invisible,continuous and changeable influence is the new challenge of ideological and political education.To correctly understand,apply and actively transform network discourse and its environment,it is not only a necessary method to break through the bottleneck of the current ideological and political education,but also a new and effective way to promote the overall development of the students with keeping pace with the times and changes.
