Ideological and Political Theory Course shoulders heavy responsibilities to spread Marxist theory and the talented person safeguards and ideological support to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream.To consolidate on the ideal believes,to adhere to arm teachers and student's minds with the Chinese characteristic socialism all along,constantly to enhance the students' self-confidence in their future,confidence in theory or confidence in political system is the internal drive and motivational objectives of ideological and political theory course reform.According to the related files,universities have carried out deep and extensive exploration and research;it has already formed its own basic theory and general norm.However,from an overall perspective,the existing paradigm and mechanism are not enough to solve the problems fundamentally faced by practical teaching,and the effect of practical teaching is should be further improved.The only possible way for ideological and practical education course to realize the establishment of practical education system which is consistent with the need of times is to realize the scientific and systematic style in our course construction.Thus,it plays a vital role in thought of an assurance on training successors for socialist cause.Therefore,under new historical conditions,it holds great significance and practical value for improving the effectiveness of general ideological and practical education course to continue to study universities ideological and practical education course system in depth.This article firstly discusses the rationality of universities ideological and political theory practical education study by using related theories in systematic science based on the statement of ideological and political theory practical education study,which lays foundation for formulating ideological and political theory practical education system in universities.Secondly,on the basis of statement about the existing problems and reasons of the practical education of ideological and political theory in universities,this paper not only analyzes practical education system of ideological and political theory course in universities,but also gives a clear explanation about the factors,space-time structure,and specific-function of the system.In addition,it also analyzed the operation mechanism of practical education system of ideological and political theory course in universities,which is the decision-making mechanism,administrative control mechanism,evaluating mechanism,guarantee mechanism and feedback mechanism.In the end,related policy that practical education of ideological and political theory course optimization is prompted with the start of the mutual relationship between practical education system of ideological and political theory course and the external environment.This article makes innovation in the field of study that is ideological and political theory course education from the point of systematic science.It also studies crossing the courses between systematic science and ideological and political education theory,which enriches and promotes the theoretical content of practical education system of ideological and political theory course.This paper is meaningful as it provides theoretical guidance and measurements reference for studying practical education of ideological and political theory course in universities prompts the revolution of ideological and political theory course in universities and plays its role effectively in practical education.
