Moral education textbooks,which are the main materials of moral education in schools,have played an important role in fostering students' outlook on world,life and value.Therefore,to explore the evolution and development of moral textbooks value orientation in moral education textbooks concerns how to interpret the choice of textbooks as well as the mainstream value of society and how to reflect the school moral.Entitled with "The Value Orientation of Moral Education Textbooks in Junior High School",based on the analysis frame of how the moral education textbooks in junior high school embody the three dimensions of outstanding Chinese traditional culture,excellent foreign civilization achievements and socialist core value,this thesis analyzes the value orientation of moral education textbooks in junior middle school of China,with the experimental textbook Ideology and Moral Education by the Educational Science Publishing House since the new curriculum reform as the main test subject,supplemented by both the interpretation of moral education curriculum standards(outline)of various stages and the comparative study from other publishers'moral education textbooks.The thesis tries to analyze the actual value orientation of moral education textbooks in junior high school from three aspects:the inheritance and promotion of outstanding Chinese traditional culture,the drawing and absorption of excellent foreign civilization achievements,and the infiltration and integration of socialist core value.On the basis of this,through the "value pursuit of moral education textbooks in junior high school",the value orientation of moral education textbooks is summed up and forecasted.And also,the value orientation of moral education textbooks is discussed from how to deal with the relationship between cultural tradition and modernity as well as between China and foreign countries.Through the analysis of the value orientation of moral education textbooks,the paper argues that from the perspective realistic,the moral education textbooks in junior high school of China reflect the integration of human culture and national culture in space and the constancy and evolution of its value orientation in time;From the perspective of idealistic,the moral education textbooks in junior high school of China should try to achieve the balance between traditional culture and modern culture and the integration between Chinese culture and foreign culture.From the analysis,we can see that the reality of the value orientation of moral education textbooks in junior high school of China also reflects the requirements of idealistic.In the future,based on properly handling the relationship between cultural tradition and modernity as well as between China and foreign countries,the moral education textbooks should fully inherit outstanding Chinese traditional culture and actively absorb the excellent foreign civilization achievements.In the advocacy of common human value,socialist core values will be penetrated into the moral education curriculum and textbooks.
