In 2016,the Ministry of Education issued a notice, the compulsory education primary school"moral and life" textbook was renamed "morality and the rule of law", and put into use from the beginning of September 1. The revision of the new textbook reflects the subtle transformation of the latest concept of modern moral education in the changing of textbook name and the updating of the content. In order to explore and clarify the path of change behind its value orientation of moral education, this paper chooses two sets of primary school moral education textbooks published by People's Education Publishing House since the 21st century to carry out textual comparative analysis.First of all. Starting from two aspects of the content composition and content presentation of the two textbooks, that is.the specific statistical data comparison and content analysis of the layout structure?language presentation, type of activity, graphic ratio, problem setting and so on. Then, from the perspective of the concept of moral education curriculum, the author analyzes and explores the situation of the implementation of the concept of moral education behind the textbook from the evolution of the moral logic behind the two versions of the textbook and the value orientation and classroom guidance of the new textbook curriculum. Finally,the author put forward the conclusion and reflection on the value orientation and the concept of moral education behind the change of textbook.This paper has divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, which mainly introduces the research reason, significance.ideas and methods of this paper. The second part is the theoretical research on the value orientation of primary school moral education textbook. The third part is the comparative analysis of the textbooks of primary school moral education textbooks. The fourth part is from the perspective of moral education curriculum concept, selecting three angles of the moral logic of two versions of the textbook. the new textbook coursework and classroom guidance for analysis and research. The fifth part is through comparative analy sis to draw conclusions and reflection. The author hopes to provide a theoretical reference for the design and writing of the new textbook of moral and rule of law" through the comparative analysis of the text of the two versions of textbooks and the concept of moral education in the new textbooks.
