| Having been under the influence of factors such as a lack of consensus on the concept of Physical Education as well as the obscure boundary between researches on value of physical education and function of physical education for a long time,China’s research on the value of physical education needs to be improved when providing theoretical explanation for the cognition,judgement,selection and assessment of the value of physical education.Since the beginning of the 21th century,the deep-level transformation of China’s practice in physical education has also badly needed research on the value of physical education to make a more holistic interpretation in theories.Therefore,on the base of the perception that the noumenon value of physical education is educational value and nurturing the body is its core content,and with the clue of diachronic forms-existing predicament-theoretical analysis-reconstructive reflection,a new theoretical exploration could be made.The form of the value of physical education is its relatively stable manifestation.Investigating from the dimension of value-assumptions,it is found that a certain postulating ideal personality was set as the value goal of physical education are the common features of existed forms of the value of physical education,among which,physical education in the ancient Greek,and that in the modern western countries and in the ancient China whose respective value goals are virtues,rationality,mind and human nature are very typical.They have enriched the content of the value of physical education in different ways and developed various paths for it.The current dilemma of the value of physical education in China is that Since China entered into the historical process of modern physical education the coexistence and gaming between the past and the present,the body and the mind as well as Me and He in the practice of the value of physical education,together with the debate in the cognition of the value of physical education dominated by health theory and skills theory,has constituted China’s conflicts of the value of physical education.This is not only a concentrated reflection of the existed values of physical education,but also a call for a new value of physical education.To further explore the theoretical problem of the generation of the value of physical education will be helpful to understand the diversity of forms of the value of physical education and the complexity of the conflicts of China’s value of physical education.The generation of value of physical education is a systematic process with joint forces of multiple factors,with the simple elements and environmental elements of physical educating process being its internal and external conditions,and the diversity of resources of physical education and the institutionalization of physical education being its practical basis and security mechanism.To investigate its root,human’s subjectivity is the primary motivation for the generation of value of physical education.Therefore,to build the basic framework of subjective value of physical education theoretically means that human subject is the creator,implementer and owner of value of physical education,and the root of human’s subjectivity lies in bringing back the creation of value to the subject.In practice,to define physical education as an educating activity with body movements as its main form will be a new leap for China’s physical education after it has experienced two historical stages(i.e.,a stage based on school physical education and a stage dominated by competitive sports)with its connotation of body educating being shadowed by competitive sports.Currently,a new view of physical education to rebuild the cognition of value of physical education,to revise relative laws and institutions,and to cultivate human’s subjectivity with the phased strategy of school physical education being the base and family physical education and social physical education being the wings will be a future clue to rebuild China’s value of physical education. |
