China has established an innovative country as an important development strategy,which has led to the rise of entrepreneurial activities in the entire society.Undergraduates are the backbone of innovation and entrepreneurship.Under the leadership of the government and universities,the number of Chinese college students participating in entrepreneurship has been increasing year by year.However,there is a lack of empirical evaluation of the development level of college students' entrepreneurial competency.The purpose of this study is to construct a competency theoretical model that is consistent with the development law of Chinese college students.Based on the model,the author makes an empirical evaluation and test on the overall level and influencing factors of college students' entrepreneurial competency.The research uses policy interpretation,literature analysis,expert appraisal,questionnaire survey and other methods.Qualitative research and quantitative research are combined to arrive at the following main research conclusions:(A)The Construction of Theoretical Model of Undergraduates' Competence for Competency.The college students' competence structure system for entrepreneurial competency includes entrepreneurial awareness,entrepreneurship,and entrepreneurial core competence.The three primary indicators include entrepreneurial motivation,entrepreneurial confidence,innovative spirit,professionalism,cooperative spirit,social responsibility,opportunity grasping ability,strategic planning ability,and teamwork.There are 11 second-level indicators and 32 third-level indicators for leadership,operating and finance capabilities.(B)An empirical evaluation of college students' competency structure for entrepreneurial competency.Based on the theoretical model of the index system,a questionnaire survey was conducted and the data was processed and analyzed using the fuzzy comprehensive method.The results showed that the current overall level of competencies for university students' competencies was good(80.7230),among which the entrepreneurial spirit score was the highest(81.6760 points),followed by the core value of entrepreneurial core skills(80.7635 points),and the entrepreneurial awareness score was low(79.1560 points).(C)Through literature review and expert interviews,a hypothesis model for the main influencing factors of college students' entrepreneurial competency was established and verified by multiple regression analysis.The results showed that the establishment of entrepreneurial policy system,college training objectives and curriculum setting,and entrepreneurship The construction of tutors' faculty,establishment of entrepreneurship training and practice platform,social collaboration service security system,and social entrepreneurship culture have a significant impact on college students' entrepreneurial competency levels.On this basis,the main problems existing in the college students' entrepreneurial competency are combed,and attribution analysis is carried out.to make suggestions for improvement based on the internal and external factors of undergraduates' entrepreneurship.
