Research On College Students' Entrepreneurship Education Based On The Cultivation Of Entrepreneurial Competency

Entrepreneurs are the mainstay of business startups.The competence of Entrepreneurs determines whether a business startups activity is successful or not.As a special group of entrepreneurs,college students have some unique mental traits,behavioral talents and entrepreneurial environment,so they have not exactly the same entrepreneurial competency with other groups.Therefore,we need to take the reality and their environment into consideration and explore the qualities and factors that can influence college students' entrepreneurial competency by using scientific methods.The focus of entrepreneurship education is to improve the students' sense of social responsibility,creative spirit,enterprise consciousness and entrepreneurial ability.As the core objective of entrepreneurship education,entrepreneurial competence plays a significant role in constructing the system of entrepreneurship education.According to the characteristics of college students' entrepreneurial competence,with the conditions of higher education,this paper defines the objectives and details,patterns and methods,fields and ranges,approaches and guarantees of college students' entrepreneurial education,and establishes a basic model of college students' entrepreneurial education based on the cultivation of entrepreneurial competency.The main innovation of this study lies in two aspects.Firstly is the innovation of research perspective.Currently,the models and characteristic dimensions of entrepreneurial competency are all applicable for the ordinary entrepreneurs groups.Focusing on college student entrepreneurs,this paper is making a systematic study of the cultivation of college students' entrepreneurial competency based on the existing study of entrepreneurial competency.Secondly is the innovation of research ideal.According to the college students' growth laws,entrepreneurial environment,entrepreneurial resources and other factors,this paper establishes a model of entrepreneurial competency which is applicable to college students.According to the college students' entrepreneurial competence,with the conditions of higher education,this paper constructs a basic model of college students' entrepreneurial education based on the cultivation of entrepreneurial competency.With the analysis of factors affecting college students' obtaining of entrepreneurial competency,this paper puts forward some implementation methods for college students' entrepreneurial education.Through the analysis of entrepreneurial education implementation,this paper constructs a entrepreneurial education support system including school,governmental and social support systems.This article falls into eight chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly touches upon background information and significance,the definition of some concepts,literature review,research thoughts and methods.Through literature review,we can realize the research status and development trend of college students' entrepreneurship education from the theories of entrepreneurial competency and education system both at home and abroad.The second chapter is literature review.This chapter reviews some representative theories,such as Marx's mankind's au-aspected development theory,the model of competence,Bandura's social learning theory,the principle of learning by doing of Dewey,and analysises the significance of these theories.In the third chapter,taking Shandong Province as an example,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey and an empirical analysis,and analysises the cause of the plight of college students' entrepreneurship.What's more,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey and an empirical analysis on the status quo of college entrepreneurial education,and analysises the cause of the plight of college entrepreneurial education.We attempts to improve college entrepreneurial education through problem analysis.In the fourth chapter,this paper establishs a model of college students' entrepreneurial competency.Based on recognizing the factors of college students' entrepreneurial competency,this paper establishs a hypothetical model,and revise the model through empirical analysis.In the fifth chapter,this paper establishs a model of college students' entrepreneurial education.This model outlines the basic structure and correlation of the main internal factors in entrepreneurship education,which includes three dimensions.The first dimension refers to the goal and the content of entrepreneurship education,the second dimension is the methods and approaches of entrepreneurship education.,the third dimension is the domain and range of entrepreneurship education.In the sixth chapter,this paper discusses the influence factors of college students' entrepreneurial competency.There are four types of variables.From the micro angle,they are the individual level variables and group level variables.From the macro level,they are the school level variables and social level variables.Based on the analysis of these four variables,this paper does further research on the application methods of entrepreneurship education.In the seventh chapter,this paper puts forward some safeguard measures for college students' entrepreneurial education.The measures includes three aspects,that is school support,government support and social support.These aspects can be coordinate interaction,resources complementary and efficiency optimization.They construct a security system with Chinese characteristics for entrepreneurial education.The eighth chapter is conclusion.We give a brief summary for this paper,and look forward to the future of college students' entrepreneurial education.
