Industry innovation is the key to the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure,and is the only way of economic development.Improvement of Regional or country competitiveness is also ultimate performance for the upgrading of regional industrial innovation capability.Industry innovation activity has the characteristics of comprehensive,systematic and multi level,so the establishment and improvement of industrial innovation system is very important.The concept of the industry innovation system provides a multidimensional,integrated,evolutive industry innovation point of view,that well intercepts relationship of enterprises,learning,innovation and production process,coordination evolution etc..Previous studies show that the industry innovation system research is still in the initial economics,innovation theory,system theory,evolution game theory,launches the research around the industry innovation system evolution mechanism,analyzes concept,composition,structure and function of regional industrial innovation system,then researches the evolution of technology,organization and system mechanism,constructs the evaluation index system and model of evolution of industrial innovation system,and makes an empirical analysis of the evolution of China's high technology industry innovation system.The main contents are as follows:The basic theory of the evolution of industrial innovation system.First of all,it analyses the connotation and elements of regional industrial innovation system,then focuses on composition,structure and function of the regional industry innovation system,finally analyzes the drive force of the operation of the industry innovation system and the characteristic of high technology industry.The technological mechanism of industry innovation system operation.Technological innovation and diffusion is the basis of the operation of industry innovation system.Enterprise technology innovation is a self-organizing process,in which the maturity degree of technology innovation is viewed as state variables.And dynamic equations of technological innovation evolution are established.The influence factors of technological innovation
