In recent years,with the comprehensive construction of passenger dedicated lines,China's high-speed railway network is constantly formed in the National Development and Reform Commission's "long-term railway planning" and "four vertical and four horizontal" main skeleton high-speed rail network On the basis of the formation of "eight vertical and eight horizontal" for the high-iron skeleton and inter-city railway complement each other high-speed railway line.Large-scale construction of high-speed rail,on the one hand can ease the contradiction between China's railway traffic and passenger demand,on the other hand to ensure their own competitive conditions,to fully consider the high-speed rail fares and other modes of transport fares,So as to better ensure the opening of high-speed rail.In this paper,the Chengdu-Chongqing high-speed rail and other modes of transportation as the research background,the establishment of evaluation model to evaluate whether the Chengdu-Chongqing high-speed rail fares are competitive and carried out in-depth study.First of all,this paper introduces the current situation of domestic and foreign research on the competitiveness of public iron fares to explain,combined with the existing research results on the current Chengdu-Chongqing railway fares competitiveness research and analysis,the establishment of the technical route and paper ideas.Secondly,this paper introduces the basic situation of the current railway in Chengdu and Chongqing,and uses the non-cooperative game method to analyze the gains and passenger traffic of several modes of transportation in Chengdu-Chongqing passenger transport channel.Then,Based on the theory of public railway fares,this paper expounds the factors that affect the price of public transport in Chengdu-Chongqing passenger transport channel.The paper analyzes the factors influencing the price of passenger rail from passenger transport,the passenger travel characteristics,social factors and so on.To select the Chengdu-Chongqing channel within the impact of the comprehensive evaluation of public iron fare index system.The evaluation system in this paper contains four criteria layer indicators and 14 program layer indicators.Thirdly,according to the previous analysis and evaluation objectives to establish in line with Chengdu-Chongqing channel price evaluation of the price of iron.According to the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the single comprehensive evaluation method and the integrated comprehensive evaluation method,the subjective weight and the objective weight of the index system are solved by using the Delphi method and the improved entropy method respectively.By integrating the objective and objective weights,According to the actual situation of this paper,the membership value of the evaluation system is solved by trapezoidal distribution.Finally,the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established according to the fuzzy algorithm and the existing evaluation model.Then,through the analysis of the influencing factors of the fares of the fares in the Chengdu-Chongqing channel and the RP + SP survey,the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model established in this paper is used to evaluate the price The paper analyzes the optimal fares of different stages of Chengdu-Chongqing high-speed railway,and calculates the reasonable fare of high-speed railway in Chengyu channel through the double-layer iterative algorithm of particle swarm.Finally,according to the corresponding evaluation results analysis,the current Chengdu-Chongqing high-speed rail fares made scientific and reasonable recommendations.
