Comparative Research On International Competitiveness Of China PV Industry

Impacted of the international oil prices on the photovoltaic industry,the development could be divided into five stages from 1954 to 2015,which illustrated the transition from traditional energy substitution to sustainable development;In the basic on the production of global polysilicon in 2013 to 2004,and compaining with industry clain,this paper explained the competitiveness of Chinese PV industry;in order to coordinate the relationship of five aspects problems,improving the technology content,the grid construction,laws and regulations,the development of distributed development and tradition energy.And further illustrates the sustainable development,what is the result of coordinating development of enterprise itself,environmental and economic sustainable development.In the same time,we should deal with the alternative relationship between the traditional energy structure and the new energy structure.From the microscopic point of view,this paper takes the relative efficiency of 19 companies from 2007 to 2014 as the dependent variable,and its solvency,operation capacity,per capita output,research and development capabilities,the service level of market and industrial policy promulgated species number,this six indicators as independent variables,using Tobit regression model to establish.Investigation with industry development change and industrial factors of China,the United States,Japan and South Korea.The results showed that asset turnover rate and cost of sales rate impacted on the efficiency of enterprises is the most significant and found that the implementation of the policy can promote or inhibit the effects on the industry development,put forward the coordinated development of scale and capacity and deal with the relationship between policy and efficiency.As a strategic emerging industry,which had experienced explosive growth and the "freezing period",how level of the photovoltaic industrial development now?Based on the relative efficiency of 19 companies from 2007 to 2014,this paper analyzes the changes of the 8 years' competitiveness of China,America,Japan,South Korea and Norway,and compares the technical change rate and the overall efficiency of the industry.With the national policy and merger case,the paper puts forward the development of our country's industry chain and the policy relationship in the process of the development of the market.
