The world is facing a serious energy crisis, the rise of the photovoltaic industry become one ofthe ways to solve this problem. With the changing of domestic and international environment,photovoltaic enterprises are facing great opportunities and challenges. How to improve thecompetitiveness of the photovoltaic enterprise become a hot issue that businesses and academicsconcern about.Based on the theory of competitiveness, with the photovoltaic enterprise as the research object,this paper established in the internal and external development environments and our ambry enterpriseown actual situation. According to the principles that in combination with theory and practice,integrated qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to analy the competitiveness of thephotovoltaic enterprise. This paper analyzes the key factors that affect the competitiveness of China’sphotovoltaic enterprise, so as to establish our photovoltaic enterprise competitiveness primaryevaluation index system. Then, verify the index system by the method of factor analysis. From thepoint view of efficiency, using data envelopment analysis the paper had a empirical study on thecompetitiveness of China’s photovoltaic enterprise, so as to verify the applicability and feasibility ofthe evaluation model. Through the analysis and study of evaluation results, the paper proposes somepertinence and exercisable suggestions for enhancing the competitiveness of China’s photovoltaicenterprise.Through this research, I hope it can provide some reference for the enhancing thecompetitiveness of China’s photovoltaic enterprise, and thus plays a certain role in promoting thedevelopment of China’s photovoltaic enterprise.
