As China's car ownership increases,the number of scrapped cars is also growing rapidly.It is very important for the automobile industry and the recycling economy of our country to realize the recycling and processing of the scrap car.At present,the recovery rate of scrap cars in our country is very low,the dismantling enterprise level is uneven,the economic benefit is generally poor,and the sales of its parts and components accounted for only 5%-10%.The construction of scrap automobile reverse logistics network will help to speed up the remanufacture of scrap auto parts,obtain the value of the use of automobile and its parts again,and achieve effective energy-saving emission reduction,and promote the sustainable and healthy development of green economy and circular economy.In general,the scrap auto reverse logistics network contains the facilities points and their lines,which are playing a decisive role in the cycle economy of the automobile industry,which constitute the core of the new economic model.Therefore,how to integrate effectively the core concepts and ideas of circular economy into the construction and optimization of the scrap automobile reverse logistics network is a scientific problem to be solved urgently.Therefore,this article intends to circular economy reduction,reuse and recycling principle as the breakthrough point,and lead the scrapped vehicle dismantling Center on site selection,design,recycling supplier selection and reverse network node of the profit distribution model of game design,the final assessment evaluation in the uncertain environment of scrap automobile reverse logistics green performance to show the effectiveness of the design of reverse logistics network.Based on the above research ideas,the paper forms the following basic framework.First of all,the paper analyzes the social background and significance of the construction of the scrapped automobile reverse logistics network,and the relevant literature at home and abroad is summarized,and the main technical route of the paper is given.Secondly,this paper expounds the core idea and operation principle of the circular economy theory,the basic elements of the reverse logistics network,and analyzes the relationship between the circular economy and the reverse logistics.Again,the paper describes the recycling process and reverse logistics network structure,the system summarizes the status quo of China's scrap car recycling from the dismantling Center design,recycling suppliers,profit related parties,such as the profit mechanism designed to point out the existing scrap auto reverse logistics network,the main problems.Then,based on the three core principles of circular economy,this paper studies the design of the site selection,the optimal selection of the supplier and the profit distribution game model of the reverse network nodes.In the center of the dismantling site design:Based on reduction and recycling principles,give full consideration to the testing center to dismantling Center distance and traffic and transportation quantity of the maximum transport capacity,dismantling Center to the enterprise users and distance and maximum transport capacity,dismantling Center processing capability,the user's maximum reception capacity and other factors,in order to minimize the cost as the goal,to build the corresponding model and algorithm.In the design of reverse logistics service providers,the four level indicators of enterprise service ability,basic quality,environmental performance and cost are constructed,and the three level indicators of the above indicators are classified based on the principle of reduction and reuse.In the reverse logistics network participants profit distribution:the effectiveness of the profit distribution mechanism will help to improve the stability of the reverse logistics network,compression processing time,improve the processing efficiency(reduction and recycling principles).This paper respectively to service providers and auto repair factory two as dominant constructs the zoophagous from and leading profit distribution model.Finally,the paper focuses on the analysis of the uncertainty of the scrap auto reverse logistics network construction,the reduction and recycling principles into the cost,efficiency,effectiveness and customer four indicators,the formation of a reverse logistics network performance evaluation model,to guide the operation of reverse logistics.To be conculsion,the theory of circular economy reduction,reuse and recycling of scrapped automobiles are applied in the construction of reverse logistics network.This paper captures the reverse logistics network construction dismantling Center location,reverse logistics service provider selection,reverse logistics network participation and profit distribution and reverse logistics network performance of the four key scientific problems.In the process of dismantling the center site,it embodies the principle of reduction and reuse of circular economy.Service providers choose to consider the reuse principle,and the rationality of participants profit distribution is the basis of network state,the reverse logistics network performance evaluation directly reflects the principle of recycling,and thus enhance the circulation efficiency of scrap automobile reverse logistics.The main innovations of this paper are depicted as follows.1 To minimize the cost of transportation and improve the service capacity of dismantling Center,an effective model is established for optimizing vehicle dismantling Center location.In view of the difficulty of integer programming,this paper creatively puts forward the algorithm of solving the problem of disassembly center location.2 Based on the circular economy recycling thought,the enterprise service ability,basic quality,environmental performance and cost index of reverse logistics service are proposed to evaluate the network,and weights are also designed based on combination weighting method.3 By using game theory,the system described single oriented and profit distribution mechanism,and provide theoretical guidance for the construction of reverse logistics network for steady state.4 Based on the idea of green circular economy theory,we construct the uncertain environment of reverse logistics network performance evaluation index system,and use the method of rough set for evaluating them,also provide theoretical guidance for the assessment and reverse logistics network.
