Industry is very important for a nation’s development, while the equipmentmanufacturing industry is the lifeblood of the country`s industrial development.Equipment manufacturing industrial is the core part of the manufacturing industry, notonly provide the technology and equipment for the national economy and nationaldefense construction. At present, the developed country put the equipmentmanufacturing at a priority status, so the proportion of equipment manufacturing, thecapital accumulation of equipment manufacturing, the contribution to employment ofequipment manufacturing row at the forefront of economic development. Thetechnology development increasingly appears to be highly complicated and highinvestment trend. Especially the multinational company based on the capitaladvantage, the brand advantage, the technology advantage and other advantages toexpansion in the global. Our country is in the middle stage of industrialization. Thedevelopment of industrialization and the equipment manufacturing is closely related,so there is no equipment manufacturing, there is no industrialization andmodernization.This article via the analysis and discussion the status of the development ofmodern equipment manufacturing enterprise, to have a detailed analysis and researchon the characteristics of the equipment manufacturing industry business process.Based on the theories of Integrated marketing, innovation system and synergy, thisarticle have an analysis and research on market segmentation in the area of metallurgy,chemical industry, coal, transportation, water conservancy for the equipmentmanufacturing enterprise. This article have a comparative analysis between home andabroad equipment manufacturing industry marketing model in design, R&D, brandmanufacturing. On this basis, we build the integrated marketing system of equipmentmanufacturing enterprises, to have a deeply dissertate on its complexity andcollaborative feature, and a comprehensive research on the structure and function ofthe integrated marketing innovation strategy mechanism, to reveal the internalrelationship of the composition of each element of the mechanism, and can help toresearch the collaborative of the integrated marketing strategy innovation mechanismand its measuring. It also can help us to have a deeply understanding of the integratedmarketing innovation strategy in equipment manufacturing enterprises, and to makeup for the lack of the integrated marketing innovation strategy mechanism in equipment manufacturing enterprises. Simultaneously, trying to combine the analysisof the instance of the integrated marketing innovation strategy of TYTZ company, toprovide useful guidance for the integrated marketing innovation strategy of China`sequipment manufacturing enterprises.
