Study On The Construction Of The Technology Innovation System Based On Regional Synergy Innovation

In recent years, so many fields in our country have made remarkable achievements because of synergy innovation. But the technology innovation based on the synergy innovation is influenced by many aspects, include the cognitive level, the core competence, the credit system, the market condition and the policy system. They have decisive effect on the innovation performance and play a significant role in formulating the strategy of the area innovation and strengthening the ability of the area innovation.This paper,according to the present situation of the technology innovation, designs a questionnaire survey related to influenced factors of Hebei province. The persons under investigation who are innovation experts and participated in the innovation project workers can express their understanding of the regional technology innovation system construction through Likert’s five point scale scoring method. So the questionnaire survey reflect indirectly the situation of the system. Analysis of the effect degree of each fa ctor on innovation performance and the effect relationship of the various factors can reach the SEM accords with the present situation finally and raise the mechanism and countermeasures about the construction of regional technology innovation that uses the method of SEM and analysis the relationship between the various factors of innovation performance and innovation performance and the degree of correlation.First, through analyzing the hypothesis and proving the model, analyzing the relationship and the degree of correlation between the influencing factors and innovation performance can reach that the cognitive level, core competence, credit system, market environment and policy system have significant positive affect on innovation performance and policy system have a significant positive affect on the core competence, credit system, market environment.Secondly, according to the load value of the various correlation, the load value which policy system has influence on innovation performance is the maximum and is 2.13; the load value which credit system has influence o n innovation performance is 0.78; the load value which core competence has influence on innovation performance is 0.66; the load value which cognitive level has influence on innovation performance is 0.65; the load value which market environment has influence on innovation performance is 0.58; and the load value of policy system to the credit system is the maximum and is 0.81.Finally, put forward some corresponding countermeasures for the cons truction of regional sustainable development technology innovation system according to the the size of the value’s effect.
