Research On Strategic Transformation Of Chinese Telecommunications Operators

After the fourth development of information industry,the applications and contents are becoming dominate in nowadays,the network operation and voice operation of traditional telecom operators is decreasing.Operators'is facing a hard situation.Chinese communication operators have to choose whether to change by themselves for a better future or to wait for getting eliminated by the market gradually.Based on the background of strategic transformation of China's telecom operators,this paper defines strategic management,strategic transformation,strategic transformation of communication operators and so on.Using the theories of economics,management,systematics and relative analysis tools,this paper conducted an in-depth analysis of the current Chinese telecom operators and the transformation of themselves,bring about the existing problems of the strategic transformation in theory and practice.Then based on the theories of system theory and strategic transformation and also under the application of the theory of system dynamic adaptation,this paper proposes a Chinese telecom operator model and a dynamic adaptive strategic transformation model,and elaborates its operational mechanism in detail.Based on the theory of Chinese telecom operators 'dynamic adaptive strategy transition model and the transformation results of Huawei,and combining with the characteristics of China's telecom operators,this paper completed the top-level design of China telecom operators' strategic transformation and the transformation practice is discussed systematically.The main research results are summarized as follows:(1)Based on the theory of systematics and the characteristics of China's telecom operators,the model of China's telecom operators is established,which comprehensively,systematically and dynamically analyzes the Chinese telecom operators as a whole to solve the isolated,one-sided problem in the analysis of enterprise transformation.(2)In the past,most research results are based on the study of specific internal and external environment of one company,but for the moment,the external environment and internal capability of the telecom operators are not static,and its strategic transformation practice should not be static as well.In this paper,the Chinese telecom operator dynamic adaptive strategy transformation model is mainly studied in order to achieve a comprehensive,dynamic,forward-looking transformation of China's telecom operators through choosing the model input,getting internal and external exploring results,conforming attack and defense identification monitoring and ensuring the effectiveness of the implementation of the transition strategy under complex and volatile internal and external environment.It also supplements the existing transformation researches about the non-crisis transition,defines and clarifies the essence and connotation of the strategic transformation of the Chinese telecom operators,provides a new theoretical method for the Chinese telecom operators in the transformation mechanism and transformation mode.(3)On the basis of theoretical research and case study,this paper uses the Chinese telecom operator's dynamic adaptive strategy transformation model to analyze the internal and external environment of China's telecom operators,and determine the transformation inputs and the transformation action strategy output,discusses the means of attack and defense identification which are to ensure the effect of transformation,and also give some discussion of the practice of the theory.(4)In the analysis of internal and external environment detection model of Chinese telecom operators' dynamic adaptive strategy transformation model,the connotation of PEST analysis method is enriched.In addition to the analysis of domestic environment politics,economy,society and technology,the analysis of international environment is added,which sums up to PEST+ Method.Based on the traditional five-force model,we add "enterprise adaptive capacity" to analyze the competition environment and competitiveness of the enterprise more comprehensively,that is,the competition six-force model analysis.
