In the current information economic era,the informationization has already deepened into all layers of the social economy,and become a necessary means of the social economic development.With the acceleration of the globalization progress,the market environment has presented complex and variable trend,and the competition pattern has gone through great change.As the nucleus of the national economy,the large-scale enterprises face unprecedented opportunity and challenge.The development of the enterprise not only depends on the resource,capital quantity and scale,but more on the accumulation of the information and knowledge.After many years of development,the large-scale enterprises have achieved certain scale in the assets,quantity,etc.However,its development is restricted by the degree about that the head office of the large enterprise gains the information during the operation of the subsidiaries.It presents the authority decentralization control mode corresponding to different information structure,and the process structure corresponding to the management and control mode.It has impact on the further promotion of the operation mechanism function of large enterprises.The informationization changes the information structure of the large enterprises,which leads to the change of the management and control mode,and also causes the change of the operation mechanism.Good enterprise operation mechanism is the engine body for accelerating the coordination,ordered and effective operation of the enterprise operation,enhancing the internal vigor and strain capacity towards the external parties,and realizing the development of virtuous circle.Therefore,the study on the operation mechanism of the large enterprises based on the informationization has important theories and practical significance.This paper carries out research on the basis of the analysis about the literature related to the influence of the operating mechanism management and control mode,enterprise information ability,IT ability and informationization of foreign and domestic enterprise on the operation mechanism structure and function influence of the enterprise,and the research on the existing shortcomings of the literature.Firstly,analyze the information structure and control mode of the operation mechanism of the large-scale enterprises,determines the relationship among the information structure,control mode,flow structure,operating mechanism structure,function,etc.Clarify the basic research thought of the paper.Analyze the influence of the informationization on the information structure and control mode of the operation mechanism of the large-scale enterprises.Formulate the design target and principle of the operation mechanism of the large-scale enterprises based on informationization.Establish a whole framework of the operation mechanism based on informationization,including three parts as follows:(1)Service operation framework of the operation mechanism,divided into five sub-systems;(2)IT service guarantee supporting framework of the operation mechanism of the large-scale enterprises;(3)information ability of the large-scale enterprise based on the informationization.Next,expound the flow dimensionality and structure order degree of the operation mechanism.Describe the operation framework of the operation mechanism service putting forward strategic and service change demand and management process towards the IT operation guarantee supporting framework,and establish five sub-systems service components of the operation mechanism service based on informationization.Establish information ability of large-scale enterprises based on informationization,including the microscopic information ability from the flow perspective based on informationization,macroscopic information ability formed by the integration of the information system and investment construction,and group decision-making information ability based on the information sharing environment.Establish data guarantee supporting of large enterprises by taking the enterprise-level meadata,and establish IT application system guarantee supporting of the operation mechanism based on the form of cloud computing Saas mode and SOA serviced component.Based on cloud computing laaS mode,establish technical platform guarantee supporting of the operation mechanism of the large-scale enterprise including the content about computer server virtualization and storage device,and then complete the research about the integration framework of the IT guarantee supporting of the operation mechanism based on the cloud computing mode.Integrate the research achievements of each chapter in the paper,and establish operation mechanism fulfillment process of the large-scale enterprise based on informationization.Finally,take the informationization case of China Unicom as the case,and carry out empirical analysis on the promotion effect of informationization towards the operation mechanism of China Unicom.Take ERP system of China Unicom as the case,and carry out empirical analysis on the microscopic information ability and macroscopic information ability of the large-scale enterprise based on informationization.Take the technology innovation evaluation process of China Unicom as a sample,and carry out empirical analysis on the group decision-making information ability of the large-scale enterprise based on the information sharing environment.This paper reaches a conclusion:the essence of the operation mechanism of the large-scale enterprise is a process of information exchange and adjustment.The information structure of the large-scale enterprise determines the control mode,and the operation mechanism structure and function depends on the control mode.Optimizing the information structure is the decisive factor for enhancing the operation mechanism function.The enterprise-level metadata can establish operation mechanism information structure in the form of ordered and high-efficiency small world network topology.The information sharing environment improves the ability of the large-scale enterprise group to control the layers,and initially creates multi-attribute group decision making methods of the enterprises with the integration of spectral clustering and improving HITS algorithm.Besides,it establishes process structure dimensionality of the operation mechanism based on informationization,and creates information structure of the operation mechanism of the large enterprise in the form of small world network topology formed through metadata links.Moreover,it builds IT operation guarantee supporting framework model,designs whole data guarantee supporting structure of operation mechanism,and studies the IT application guarantee supporting pattern of operation mechanism based on SaaS.Research on the large-scale enterprises operation mechanism based oninformationization has theoretical guidance significance for the enterprise to utilize the informationization means to enhance the operation mechanism,and also promotes the high efficiency and order of the informationization construction.
