Global warming is the focus of attention of the international community,and controlling carbon emissions has become one of the necessary options in the development strategies of all countries in the world.Cities are the concentration of carbon emissions,and the key to control carbon emissions is to control urban carbon emissions.Cities are a social-economic-natural composite ecosystem whose carbon emissions follow the laws of ecosystems.How to find a low-carbon urban construction path that can effectively control carbon emissions and promote sustainable urban development is the focus of research.At present,the research in this field mainly focuses on the macro level and the different aspects,there is no systematic research theory and research methods.Starting from the urban composite ecosystem,the aim of the research is to establish a method system to control urban carbon emissions,so as to provide a practical and systematic solution for the construction of low-carbon cities.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,under the framework of urban composite ecosystem,the methods and paths of low-carbon urban construction are studied.Starting from the urban composite ecosystem,the process of urban carbon cycle is systematically analyzed,the carbon balance equation is established,and the carbon emission source of urban composite ecosystem is found.The coupling relationship between urban function,urban composite ecosystem function and carbon emissions of industrial system is analyzed,and the corresponding relationship between urban composite ecosystem function and carbon emissions of industrial system is decomposed and classified.Through the industrial ecology analysis of carbon emissions from urban composite ecosystem and the index analysis of low-carbon city construction,the path of low-carbon city construction is explored and the isomorphism between industrial system and ecological system is put forward.On the basis of systematically analyzing the characteristics of industrial ecosystem,the methods,steps and main contents of constructing industrial ecosystem of low-carbon city are proposed,and the basic framework of industrial ecosystem of low-carbon city is formed.Secondly,according to the above methods and steps of low-carbon urban industrial ecological system construction,an empirical study on the construction of Qinhuangdao low-carbon urban industrial ecological system is carried out.The details are as follows:(1)through the industrial ecology analysis of carbon emissions from the urban complex ecosystem of Qinhuangdao,the composition and main contents of the industrial ecosystem are determined,and the relationship of carbon flow among the subsystems of the industrial ecosystem is revealed.(2)through the analysis and evaluation of the interaction between Qinhuangdao industrial ecosystem and carbon emissions,the main factors affecting carbon emissions are identified,and the magnitude and extent of the impact of economic growth,industrial structure,energy intensity and energy structure on carbon emissions are determined.The current situation of industrial ecological structure is evaluated,the direction of optimization and adjustment of industrial economic structure,energy structure and ecological structure is clearly defined.(3)a multi-dimensional,multi-constrained and multi-model prediction model for industrial ecological structure optimization is constructed,economic and social development scenarios is set up,the industrial ecological structure of Qinhuangdao low-carbon city is optimized and predicted.According to the analysis of the forecasting results,the direction of industrial ecological structure adjustment and the path of industrial ecological system construction are put forward.Finally,the method,content and basic framework of constructing industrial ecological system of Qinhuangdao low-carbon city are put forward.From the macro level,the industrial ecological spatial pattern consisting of six industrial ecological subsystems is constructed,and the construction of industrial ecology and ecological industrialization is carried out from the micro level,then the suggestions for optimizing and adjusting industrial ecological structure are put forward.Empirical research shows that constructing industrial ecological system is the fundamental way to achieve the development goal of low-carbon city in Qinhuangdao.The study results provide a scientific basis for the construction of low-carbon cities in Qinhuangdao,and it also has practical guiding significance for the construction and development of other cities.
