One Belt One Road initiative opened China’s access to central and western Asia,Europe and other regions to the west,strengthened political and economic exchanges with more than 60 countries along the belt and road,and built a new pattern of opening-up during the 13th five-year plan period,which is the key to China’s long-term development.China Railway Express(CR Express),as important carrier and gripper to carry out One Belt One Road initiative,with the advancement of One Belt One Road initiative,economic exchanges and trades among China,Europe and other countries along the belt have become increasingly frequent,and meanwhile international logistics demands have become more exuberant.The operating number of CR Express has sharply increased,operating lines of CR Express have also raised,and operating frequency of CR Express has gradually improved as well.CR Express has maintained the trend of rapid development,but still faces many problems.This paper studies on CR Express transportation organization optimization problem and mainly focused on transportation organization optimization problem of domestic sector of China,including the selection of source consolidation points affecting the efficiency of domestic transportation of CR Express,transportation organization optimization of go trains and connection of checkpoint stations of go and return trains.The main research contents include:(1)The selection of source consolidation points affecting the efficiency of domestic transportation of CR Express.Based on the idea of hub-and-spoke network,this paper studies on the aggregation point selection problem of CR Express.With the goal of minimizing the total cost of network operations,the selection model with node cost based on hub-and-spoke network is established,and the heuristic algorithm is designed.(2)Transportation organization optimization of go trains.According to the existing two modes of transportation organization,namely direct train and collective operation,a transportation organization scheme model for the departure train is constructed.Then based on the constraint conditions and optimization objectives of the train organization scheme model,a mathematical optimization model is established.The optimal model is used to calculate the corresponding organization scheme of transportation.(3)Connection of checkpoint stations of go and return trains.For the operation process and facilities equipment’s ability to coordinate of go and return CR Express at checkpoint stations,in the perspective of resource allocation of time and space,a go and return CR Express integration transportation organization model is developed,considering the transportation capacity,and arrival time intervals,and yard storage capacity requirements.The goal is to minimum total storage time of container in the checkpoint stations as well as formation and imported trains that match the return trains operation scheme.Finally,the genetic algorithm was introduced to solve the model.The research results can effectively shorten the stopping time of the liner at the port station and speed up the container turnover time,which is of great theoretical value and practical significance to improve the operation level of CR Express.
