In recent years, with the rapid development of the construction industry, theconstruction safety situation is still severe. How to effectively protect the constructionsafety is the current hot and difficult social concern. At the same time, past lessons ofaccidents and related studies have shown that the root causes of construction accidentsoften lies in inadequate safety input of construction enterprise. Therefore, doing researchinto safety factors of construction enterprise has great significance for the promotion ofenterprises to strengthen safety inputs, further reduce the occurrence of accidents.This paper focus on the factors of safety inputs of construction enterprise,which isdesigned to quantify the impact of the degree of factors correlation between each factorand find out the greater degree of influence factors. The research results not only providedecision support for government regulation and legislation, but also help enterprises torecognize their own responsibility and safety management situation. In addition, It willimprove enterprise safety input endogenous power and promote the sustained and healthydevelopment of safe production in construction industry.By integrated use of literature reading, expert surveys and brainstorming and otherresearch methods, the influence factors of safety inputs in construction enterprise areextracted, such as the Building market competition, Business conditions, Safety cognitionlevel of enterprise decision makers and so on includeing11items. Factors questionnaire ofconstruction enterprise safety inputs is compiled by using a five-point Likert Scale; thenthe collected basic data is put into SPSS software and through data test and exploratoryanalysis showed that the data has a good reliability and validity.A structure model is alsoget; further by using of the software AMOS to validate the model analysis, the results showthe overall performance of the fit index is good, data reliability and validity are also goodand the model can be accepted.Through the analysis of the structural model of construction enterprise safety factors,the correlation coefficient relationship between the various factors are obtained. Accordingto the degree of influence of various factors on the construction enterprise safety inputs,targeted regulation optimization recommendations on safety inputs for governmentregulators are proposed. We also hope to attract enterprise to pay their own attention andconcern to safety inputs, and ultimately improve performance of the safety management inconstruction enterprise.
