Vigorously develop the green building is an important measure which is the current implementation of sustainable development,saving resources and energy,to protect the environment.In recent years,with the country and the government's encouragement,green building obtained great development,but because of the green building has more risks than in the ordinary buildings.In the construction market,most construction companies are still in a state of wait-and-see.The risk problem for many developers is still the primary reason for green architecture.Green building projects are faced with more complex risk systems than traditional building projects.Currently,there is still a lack of appropriate methods to evaluate the risks and uncertainties associated with green building projects.Existing studies have all attempted to separate each independent risk from the project risk system and find out the category and source of each risk,without fully considering the impact of the correlation between risk and risk.Due to the diversity of stakeholders,it is difficult to find a precise boundary to distinguish risks posed by a single stakeholder.Therefore,this study adopts the method of network analysis to explore the key risks faced by major stakeholders in combination with various stages of the project.In fact,the risk system of green building project is an interwoven risk network,with certain correlation among various risk factors,which determines the risk degree of the whole project and the direction of risk governance to a certain extent.Based on this research idea,this paper studies this issue by integrating network analysis,stakeholder,project governance,evolutionary game and other relevant theories and methods.This paper mainly selects samples and typical cases from northeast China for relevant research.Due to the old industrial areas and central heating in northeast China,more green building projects are needed to realize energy conservation,environmental protection and sustainable development.However,at present,the total number of green building projects in the three northeastern provinces of China is small,and the development situation is worrying.It is more urgent to promote the development of green building.Therefore,taking northeast China as a typical case study will help break the deadlock of green building project development in northeast China and promote the sustainable development of green building in northeast China.The main content includes the following aspects:First,from the perspective of major stakeholders of green building projects,this paper preliminarily determined the risk factors of green building projects through literature research and expert interviews.Then,questionnaire survey and relevant statistical analysis software were used to draw and calculate the weighted risk correlation network of green building projects.The risk relationship of green building projects was comprehensively analyzed and evaluated by using the research method that combines the network aggregation characteristic index k-core and the network affiliation index-island and network basic parameters.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the risk network of green building projects,network efficiency is selected as the index to calculate the sensitivity of each risk factor.The sensitivity of each risk factor is quantitatively analyzed and the risk counter-diffusion is studied.Through the risk evolution path analysis of each stakeholder in each stage,the anti-diffusion control sheet of risk factors for each stakeholder of green building project was compiled.The key risk stages of the project are classified for the major stakeholders to guide the targeted risk management in each stage of the project.Third,a case study of risk analysis of green building project was conducted.A green building project of a hotel in ChangBai mountain was selected and the key risks of the green building project were identified,refined and clustered by using the network analysis method.The risk sensitivity analysis and anti-diffusion study were carried out,and the anti-diffusion control sheet of risk factors for the major stakeholders of the green building project was compiled.Fourthly,this paper analyzes the evolutionary game process of green building project risk collaborative governance,constructs the evolutionary game models of two or three parties,and conducts numerical simulation and comparative analysis.This paper presents the necessary conditions for collaborative risk management of green building projects and analyzes the strategies of collaborative risk management of green building projects.The creative contributions of this study are reflected in three aspects:(1)The risk correlation network model of green building projects is constructed.The k-core and island indexes in the network analysis are used to analyze the risk correlation network of green building projects.The key risk factors of green building project are extracted and clustered.(2)Sensitivity analysis and anti-proliferation research were earried out from the perspective of risk network relations.Through risk evolution path analysis of all stakeholders at all stages,the anti-proliferation control sheet of risk factors for each stakeholder was prepared.(3)Detailed equilibrium points and stability analysis of evolutionary game of risk cooperative governance were conducted.Through the comparative analysis of the numerical simulation results of two-party and three-party evolutionary game,the necessary conditions for the collaborative risk management of green building projects are deduced.It provides a targeted policy reference for stakeholders to carry out risk collaborative governance of green building projects.The results of this study show that the major stakeholders need to cooperate with each other in all stages of the project life cycle to reduce the occurrence of risks.Among them,the contractor faces the most risk factors and the most complex risk correlation,so it needs real-time monitoring.The active participation of government departments is very important to achieve a balanced strategy of collaborative risk governance for green building projects.From the perspective of stakeholders,the project risk control list is formulated in combination with the development stages of green building projects,which is conducive to the targeted risk management and control of major stakeholders in each stage.The research results can provide references for the main stakeholders to avoid the risks of green building projects and carry out the risk collaborative governance with high efficiency.
