As the core of soldiers' integral quality,the influence of soldier's psychological quality on the integral levels of the military is self-evident.Mainly because of the particularity and high pressure of the tasks performed by the military,it sets particularly higher requirements for critical incident stress ability and psychological enduring capacity of soldiers.As the starting line of the cultivation of army elites,the comprehensive quality level of new army recruits and its improvement are related to the future of the army.And most researches showed that the psychological quality and mental health level of Chinese soldiers are relatively low.The new recruits in Chinese People's Chinese People's Armed Police Force were taken as the research subjects.In combination with meta-analysis of the literatures,the epidemiological investigation of large samples and intervention experiment method,longitudinal development status and horizontal development features of psychological quality of new recruits in Chinese Peoples's Armed Police Force were unified to probe into their psychological intervention demands.On this basis,group psychological intervene experiment was blended in military training.Targeted improvement and systematical exploration of psychological quality level and health status of new recruits and its implementation process make the research more comprehensive,practical and ecological.In this research,meta-analysis of the psychological quality of the new recruits in Chinese People's Armed Police Force was carried out through literary analysis.The research showed that,taking the norms of the new recruits as the standard,the average effect size of 95%confidence intervals all contains 0 in terms of 8 factors such as somatization,force,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,fear and paranoia for the new recruits in Chinese People's Chinese People's Armed Police Force.It meant that there was significant difference between psychotic factors and the norms of the new recruits of the armed forces and obviously better than norms of new recruits.Taking national norm for soldiers as the standard,the average effect size of 95%confidence intervals does not contains 0 in terms of 5 factors such as force,interpersonal sensitivity,hostility,paranoia and psychoticism for the new recruits.It meant that there was significant difference in the national norm for soldiers and obviously better than norms of soldiers.95%confidence intervals of the rest 4 factors,somatization,depression,anxiety and fear all contains 0,which meant that there was no significant difference in the national norm for soldiers.Study on the psychological quality level of new recruits of an armed force was carried out through the large sample of the epidemic disease survey and questionnaire to 3.759 new armed force recruit as well as interviews in the second research.The survey found that 302 cases(8.0%)of new armed force recruit who required attention.Among which,264 cases(7.0%)were with mental disorder,211 cases of(5.6%)with intellectual disturbance,132 cases(3.5%)with personality disorder and 50 cases(1.3%)with perceptual ability.The most common symptom was the combination of intellectual disturbance and mental disorder(114 cases,37.75%).Compared with the norms of Chinese new recruits,the psychotic factor scores of the new recruits requiring attention was in equivalence with the norms of the new recruits,but the scores in terms of 5 factors,including somatization,force,depression,hypochondriasis and paranoia was higher than the norms of new recruits and the scores in terms of interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety and hostility was lower than the norms of new recruits.Adaptive team mental training was used in the third research to interfere with the sense of self-efficacy,self-concept of the career,positive and negative emotions and sense of social support of the new armed force recruits.The results showed that the improvement degree of the sense of self-efficacy at the interfering group was significantly higher than the comparison group.The improvement of adaptive team mental training to the self-concept of the careers of the new recruits was shown in 3 dimensions,career decision,career adaptation and career ambition.In terms of the interference of adaptive team mental training to the emotions of the new recruits,the results showed that only positive emotions had significant interference effect,which meant that new recruits felt more positive emotions after interference but had less influence to the reduction of the negative emotions of the new recruits.Adaptive team mental training also had significant improvement to the sense of social support to the new recruits.This research showed that the psychological quality level of the new recruits of the armed forces was better compared with norms of new recruits and soldiers And adaptive team mental training can improve their psychological quality level by interfering their self-efficacy,self-concept of career,emotions and social support.
