Research On Marx's Democratic Thought And Its Contemporary Value

In different stages of human society development,democratic politics has been an important issue related to the state power and the national political life.As a millennium thinker,Marx has been in pursuit of human freedom,equality and democracy as his own duty,democracy thought is an important radiant point of Marx's political philosophy expression and a unique theory in Marxism ideology system.Facing the miscellaneou state of the western democratic theory and the embarrassing predicament of modern world democracy practice,Marx's democratic thought shines with its dazzling light in the human history of the vast sky.Throughout Marx's life,he did not have special books focusing on democratic thought,but his ideas about democracy can be seen in his writings of different periods.My paper is based on systematic review of Marx text system in different periods,and I carry out systematic research on Marx's democratic thought and its epoch value.The body part of the paper comprises three parts and five chapters:The first part comprises the first chapter and the second chapter.Firstly,the part traces the origin of Marx's democratic thought from the source of the history of human thoughts,scans the development course of democratic thought in vertical aspects,draws the outline of the path of the democratic thought development,and the basic values and principles contained in democratic thought are generalized with the equality,freedom,justice,consent and rule by law.Marx's democratic thought formed in the western political culture tradition,and its main theoretical source comprises the inheritance of the tradition of freedom and democracy in ancient Greece,the influence of French Utopian socialism and German Utopian communism in Paris period,the sublation of the rationalism enlightenment thought thinker,and the promoting effect of Young Hegelians.The alienation of the human caused by Capitalist private ownership in an era in which Marx lived,the hypocrisy and fraudulence of the bourgeoisie democracy and people's strong appeal to freedom and democracy have prompted him to think over democracy from a realistic point of view.Secondly,the paper has a research of the construction logic and the historical evolution process of Marx's democratic thought based on the principle of the unity of history and logic,which is the main content of the part.The paper is based on Marx's texts in in different periods,outlines the evolution of the development of Marx's democratic thought which comprises the foundation period,the mature period and the improvement period.It summarizes the different characteristics of Marx's democratic thought in different period.In the same time,I research the construction logic of Marx's democratic thought,and draw a conclusion that the logical foundation is confirming that civil society determines the states,popular sovereignty theory is its main line and realizing the freedom and liberation of all mankind is its logical destination.The second part comprises the third chapter and the fourth chapter.As the main body of the paper,it explores deeply the theoretical core of Marx's democratic thought.And from the concept?the nature?the social attribute?the forms?the realization?the mechanism significance of democracy,summarizes the theoretical system of Marx's democratic thought.Due to Marx's democratic thought has the special historical background and scientific philosophy foundation,and therefore it belongs to a higher type of democratic theory,and has a distinct characteristics and attributes compared with other different democratic theory.The features of Marx's democratic thought are the unity of universality and particularity,the unity of idealism and realism,the unity of instrumental-rationality and value-rationality and the unity of criticalness and constructiveness.Based on this,the paper illustrates the important historical position of Marx's democratic thought.As a new democracy paradigm,it establishes its noble position in the history of human democratic thoughts due to its distinct attributes and rich theoretical form.The position is mainly embodied in the
