The research of party governance leading rural good governance is not only a valuable theoretical problem,but also a practical one.This paper is on the basis of in-depth study and research in rural Shunde of Guangdong province,and takes it as the object of expression.Research methods in this article,through the integrated use of system theory etc,the Shunde investigates the history of the party building work before and after the grassroots autonomy and comb,focus evaluation for almost 20 years in Shunde grass-roots autonomous practice system of power,political participation,the value of the change process.This article attempts to party organizations at the grass-roots level,the party and the country,the party and society of the connection as the core perspective,analyzes the new situation of Shunde area grass-roots autonomous development,expounds and analyzes the party lead the shunde rural realistic approach to good governance,and put forward rural good governance possible and Ningbo,Shunde and Singapore in community governance.This paper not only examines the effective practices of Ningbo and Singapore in political leadership,ideological leadership and organizational leadership,but also analyzes the basic conditions and important experience for their success in community governance.Finally,this paper draws the conclusion and the prospect of this subject.Under China's existing political system,the communist party of China has the most legitimacy to reintegrate the organizational power of the rural grassroots,restore political authority and restore a stable
