The Mode Construction And Path Exploration Of The Ruling Security

Since the establishment of political parties,great changes have taken place in the political system of every country in the world.By way of institutional election or violent revolution,the ruling party began to embark on the stage of politics.With the continuous changes of the international environment and the increasing political awareness of the people,the political situation is becoming more and more complicated.In the last century,the Communist Party of the Soviet Union,which had been in power for the longest time in the modern world,fell down in the general election for the last 74 years after 74 years in power and had been in power for 71 years.It is through hard struggle to establish political power,or in the ruling practice,outstanding achievements of political parties,have not been in power for a hundred years.Therefore,the safety problem has become each country's ruling party to pay attention to the problem.In order to consolidate its ruling position,the ruling party security does not belong to the individual's security perception,and the ruling security,the political security and the national security are completely different in the concept of the object nature.Ruling security and political security are different parallel relations in the field of party studies.The ruling security is the same as the overall national security,and it also has its own security system.Every field within the system will affect the security of the ruling and make clear distinction and grasp of these concepts.By studying the basic concepts,stripping indirect and irrelevant safety contents,we build a system framework that affects the governance safety.The construction of the mode takes the ruling safety system as the starting point of the research.However,due to the single subject of the ruling security problem and the diversity of objects,the elements that affect the ruling safety are also multiple.The ruling elements that take the ruling party as the main body are summarized from two dimensions.The party itself and the political party system have not been perfected since the party has been established to the political party's development.Most of the ruling party's loss of ruling position is caused by the defects of the ruling party itself,so the endogenous factors affecting the ruling security are summarized from the longitudinal and historical party events.With the continuous improvement of political system and standardization of political parties,the political situation is complex and changeable,and the democratic politics is developing increasingly.The external elements of the ruling party are increasing continuously,so the exogenous factors affecting the ruling security are excavated in the lateral modern political party and government governance.From the inside to the outside,the specific elements that affect the governing security are summarized and analyzed in both horizontal and vertical directions,and the reliability and authenticity of the elements are confirmed by the fact that the facts of different political parties in different countries are in power in the past and the modern times.By using the internal and external factors,the six factors are summed up,which are six factors,namely,the legitimacy of the ruling,the centralization of power,the restriction of power,the development of productivity,the social support and the reform of the system.Through the analysis of the six elements,the core security field,the sub core security field and the edge security field are integrated in the ruling security system.Because of the minor influence or indirect influence in the marginalization field,the main research object is the core security field and the sub core security field,and the subject construction,the structure molding mechanism analysis and the standard construction of the ruling security model,is carried out,and a visual administrative security model is constructed,and the model is divided into the model.As the core of the political security field in the ruling security system,there is a strong cohesive control role in the other security areas of the ruling security.Once problems arise in this field,the whole governing security mode will disintegrate.The stability of the social security field can greatly improve the fault tolerance of the ruling security the ruling party or from the requirements of the rule of universal and objective ruling.The exploration of the path is again returned to the four main security areas in the ruling security model: political security,social security,economic security and cultural security,and combine the stability and development,the regularity and the purpose of the four aspects of the study.The ruling party can reach the state of governing security through these paths,and the analysis and induction of these paths is essential to the construction of the subject of the ruling security model.
