Research begins with questions,problems started in the difficult,difficult in reality.Along with the continuous deterioration of physical health of middle school students in China,middle school PE teachers is highly concerned by the media and the social from all walks of life.In recent years on the middle school PE Teachers words are mostly around the "physical education teachers should be how to " and " how to train the sports teachers " development,less consideration of "physical education teachers how to live life ",the lack of real concern for middle school physical education teachers living condition,it ignored the middle school teachers occupation feelings and interests.Survival situation of middle school PE teachers directly affect the quality of life and physical education teachers working state,also affect the school sports work,the student's learning effect and their future learning and life.Therefore,attention to the secondary school physical education teacher living conditions become an important task in the study of sports teachers and sports of the school,which is also the key point of basic physical education and health curriculum reform success or failure.Problems and scientific research design is the fundamental conception,and the concrete is the vitality.In order to understand the real survival present situation of middle school physical education teachers,based on the past research,research design,follow the path of grounded theory,part of Hunan province middle school PE Teachers' living conditions survey and field interviews,truthfully present when sports teacher of middle school life,daily work and life picture and complex the inner world,in order to provide realistic basis for improving the living conditions of PE teachers in middle school?The main part of the paper is on the basis of empirical research,to borrow from Bourdieu about " the interaction framework of field,capital,habitus ",describes and analyses causes leading to the plight of middle school physical education teachers is worrying as well as their own living experiences and feelings,and then according to the characteristics of school physical education teacher occupation,put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the survival situation of physical education teachers in middle schools from the field theory of capital and habitus theory perspective.I hope this study can arouse more people to pay attention to the survival and development of PE teachers in middle school,provide constructive strategy for all levels of education administration department and the school to improve the living conditions of the middle school PE teachers,to promote the reform of middle school physical education and health curriculum to provide some useful reference.This paper mainly launches the research from the following parts:The first part is the origin of this study,mainly the reasons described phenomenon,need,sports and health curriculum reform research purport from the aspects of physical education teachers in middle schools from the edge;for physical education teachers occupation quality of life and the realization of self value,physical education teachers to promote the professional development and sports the smooth implementation of the curriculum reform,broaden the research of survival and development of PE teachers from the perspective of the theory value and the practice significance;finally,introduce the process and presents the research,including the research perspective and method selection,sampling,data collection and analysis,the conceptual framework of the construction as well as the research validity and the innovation of the thesis.The second part mainly reviews and summarizes related research at home and abroad,mainly focusing on the relevant discussion of Bourdieu's field theory,living conditions,groups of teachers physical living conditions of teachers research,points out the necessity and feasibility of this study.Choose to focus on domestic and foreign related middle school physical education teachers survival plight of representative literature to comb and reference use,designed for middle school physical education teachers living conditions of clear thinking and provide valuable materials,also make the research more targeted and effective.The third part is the analysis of field theory,mainly clarify the relationship between field,habitus,capital and field analysis of the three,the value of thinking paradigm,introduced the school field and its practical significance,argument selection field theory perspective,this study associated with the theoretical advantages and disadvantages,for us to understand and in-depth study of existence of middle school physical education teachers provide theoretical foundation.With the help of Bourdieu field theory to grasp the habitus of middle school physical education teachers in the school field position,have capital and has and how it influences the survival situation has important methodological significance.The fourth part is the reality survival condition of middle school PE teacher,interviews from the four aspects of quality of life,occupation burnout,professional development,job satisfaction of PE teachers in some middle schools in Hunan province mainly by questionnaire and depth of realistic situation,understand the survival conditions of physical education teachers in the overall characteristics and survival dilemma,which provide the basic the more powerful as the theory explanation and the construction of the following.The survey results show that,middle school PE teachers generally reflect the occupation social status and income level is low,the intensity of work,the overall situation of occupation burnout is not optimistic,the lack of professional development,training system is not perfect,the living environment is not high satisfaction?The fifth part is the field survival situation of middle school PE teacher survey,based on overall survival situation of physical education teachers in middle schools,mainly from the school field,the field of internal and external field of three main dimensions of root survival status of middle school physical education teachers the problem of poor.Study shows that physical education teachers in middle schools in the social field,the school field,cultural field and the influence of its limitations may be the reasons for the plight of generation.The survival situation of middle school PE teacher research is not to criticize the simple and crude,it is based on a caring spirit and an offer to help the ideal.The sixth part is the accumulation and development of primary and secondary school physical education teachers of capital,capital is the ability to influence individual action and important resource for quality of life,school physical education teachers in the field of existence and development trajectory depends on the quantity and structure of the capital.With the help of Bourdieu's capital theory of middle school physical education teachers capital(social capital,cultural capital,economic capital and symbolic capital)content,status and influence factors,has the demonstration and investigation,which made the promotion of specific paths and Strategies of middle school physical education teachers in capital accumulation,play a guide role in theory and practice to improve the living conditions of middle school physical education teachers.The seventh part is the reconstruction and secondary school physical education teachers adapt to the survival and development of the habitus,the influence mechanism of habitus on survival situation of physical education teachers in middle schools are mainly embodied in two aspects:one is the social field habit to infiltrate the school field effect,on the other hand is influenced school field 's habitus.The introduction of Bourdieu theory of habitus can deeply reveal the impact of traditional culture,discipline construction,occupation role,teaching habits habitus factors on the survival situation of physical education teachers in middle schools.Combined with years of cultural habitus of perceptual experience and rational reflection,based on feature examines cultural habitus and its influence on the cultural habitus,correction,discipline,adjustment,promotion role habitus habit teaching habitus remodeling and some specific measures.The eighth part is the resolution of secondary school physical education teachers ought to demand the existence predicament,cause the current worrying situation of PE teachers in middle school to many factors of social,government,school,individual results.The empirical study and theoretical analysis based on the former,combined with the characteristics of middle school physical education teacher occupation,is proposed to improve the living conditions of the countermeasures and suggestions include:the development of policies and regulations and practical measures;construction of social support network system of middle school physical education teachers;create humanized school sports work environment;the creation of middle school physical education teachers self-adjustment and shaping strategy.The ninth part is the conclusion of research perspective,theory of the whole research construction,systematic review.Inductive analysis are insufficient,and reflecting on the research process,put forward some thinking and in the follow-up study of the possible implications for further study of the subject,make clear direction.
