Teacher's decision-making behavior is obviously very important,because it can influence on the process of teaching.If one teacher can always make rational or effective decision-making,it is obvious that he owns the high-level professional quality or teaching wisdom.However,the previous researches are less related with the importance of ethcal thinking in the process of teaching decision-making.In fact,the consideration in the process of decision-making is good for preventing from the ethical anomy,realizing the decision-making's ration or effection,promoting the wisdom of decision-making.So this research is mainly about the ethical dimension of teaching decision-making,which can enrich the theory of teaching decision-making.By concentrating on the relationship of teaching decision-making and ethics,this paper begins with the question that why the ethical consideration is needed by teaching decision-making from two aspects:the ethical character of teaching decision-making and the ethical loss in the practice.On the basis of analying the concept of teaching decision-making and so on,we explain the meaning of the ethical effect on teaching decision-making and its function,then we disscuss how ethics regulate the teaching decision-making and the factors that influence it.The next,we discuss the ethical value that regulate the teaching decision-making.At last,we make suggestions for achieving the effect on teaching decision-making.The details of this paper can be listed as follows:The introduction is mainly about the reason of doing this research,the concreate research questions,the train of thought and the research methods.In addition,the review of relavent literature include the researches of decision-making and teaching ethics.The first chapter mainly reveals the necessary of ethical consideration in the process of teaching decision-making.We can understand the ethical character of teaching decision-making by analying its purpose,content and social communication.However,the ethical spirit of teaching decision-making may be lost in reality,which can be reavealed as the problem of the orientation,decision-making style and mistakes.The core topic of the second chapter is the meaning of the ethical effect on teaching decision-making and its function.The ethical effect on teaching decision-making means teacher's consideration of ethical factors in the process of choosing what to do,and it is preventive,probabilistic,incentive and oritention-directed.the ethical care of teaching decision-making can be used to promote the healthy growth of students,to ensure rational or effective decision-making,and to create the wisdom of teachers' decision-making.The third chapter is mainly about how ethics regulate the teaching decision-making and the factors that influence it.The ways to realize the ethical consideration include faith stipulation,responsibility stipulation and system stipulation.That is to say,teacher's belief,responsibility and teaching rules are the keys to realize the stipulation of ethics in teaching decision-making.The factors that hamper the ethical effect on teaching decision-making are from the teacher,teaching itself and teaching environment.The content of the fourth chapter is the ethical value that regulate the teaching decision-making.In the horizon of ethics,teacher should follow two core value standard:teaching humanism and teaching justice.Teacher can make value choice when he confront with the ethical conflict in the process of teaching decision-making,and he can use the corresponding thinking mode with the help of the Utilitarianism,Deontology and Situation Ethics.In the fifth chapter,we make suggestions to achieve the ethical effect on teaching decision-making.Teachers should own strong teaching ethics consciousness,professional moral thinking and positive emotion;There are also needs for concreate teaching ethics and organizational culture at school.The relevant practice requirements of teaching decision-making ethics include:to stick with the ethical orientation,to improve the teaching decision-making methods according to ethical order,to considerate ethical facters in the process of teaching decision-making.In addition,listening and communication,dialogue between teachers and students and the usage of complex thinking style are important practical strategies for realizing the ethical effect on teaching decision-making.
