Ethics In School Administrational Decision-Making

The purpose of this article is to describe the relationship between ethics and school administrational decision-making; then analyze ethics's roles and ethical decision-making in different decision-making levels;at last point out how to make ethical decision in school. In the article ,ethic is not just one- sided principles, it is perspective prospect, it has various affection in different decision-making levels. The article consider several issues (1)To make administrator believe that making ethical decision is possible and necessary; (2)To make ethical decision in different decision-making levels; (3) To built an ethical decision system for the administrators. The conclusion include a chart that describe the relationship of ethics and different decision-making levels and a model which help the administrator to make ethical decision .ChapterOne first review the ethics in administration, than review the ethics in school administration.
