Social work is a professional social worker to take altruism as a precursor,the use of scientific knowledge,professional methods and skills to help those in need of help in society,improve social function.Social work practice contains many ethical issues,but also the focus of social work areas of concern.The principle of confidentiality as one of the important principles of social work embodies the social work to respect the case,people-oriented professional spirit.The purpose of this study is to explore the use of social factors in the field of social work,what factors affect the macro-level resources in the use of confidentiality ethical dilemma.The focus of the study is to address the ethical dilemma of confidentiality,the type of resources used by social workers,and the amount of resources.In this paper,quantitative research is used to analyze and explain the factors that affect the use of resources in Shanghai social workers in the form of questionnaire.The results show that social workers have a strong belief in the practice and maintenance of the principle of confidentiality,and have a higher level of cognition for the part of the institutional policy and procedure related to the principle of secrecy.Social workers with social work education background Social workers who have not studied social backgrounds are more likely to choose macro-level resources to solve their dilemmas.Social workers who have studied ethical courses are more likely to choose macro-level resources than those who have not studied ethical courses.Social workers who learn ethical knowledge in the classroom are more likely to choose macroeconomic resources to solve the dilemma than social workers who gain ethical knowledge through other means.Social workers have a strong belief in the practice and maintenance of the principle of confidentiality,and have a certain degree of awareness about the part of the institutional policy and procedure related to theprinciple of confidentiality.In the last study,the author suggests that in the individual aspects of social workers,we will continue to strengthen and enhance our own ethical education and training on the principle of confidentiality;at the institutional level,develop and improve the policies and procedures on the principle of confidentiality,Regulate and constrain the social workers in the practical work of the behavior,to build a good atmosphere of ethics.About the industry system,establish the international ethics with the industry ethics committee.
